Just spent £82 on 2 pairs of Base shoes. 1 black, 1 tan. Saved £42 though. I suppose that I can justify spending they money as I have had my last pair of work shoes for 3 years. The leather on the soles has worn through!! lol.

Well, Thats great for all of you who have actually recieved your shoes...

I ordered 2 piars (1 order) and somehow its duplicated 3 times, so I have 3 orders, the contact number is constantly engaged, customer services were horribly rude, and apparently refuse to help as its web based, even head office was puzzled, apparently their systems crashed last week which is making everything duplicate etc.

Anyway apparently I have not been charged but im not to sure, im checking.

All this 5 days after my original order and only just ofund out of the issues when tried to chase the order.

My first post - so first of all hello! :-)

I've ordered some items using this code also and i'm not sure what's happening with the order. I've checked my orders and under delivery status it has STATUS N/A next to every item. It may be that this is normal but this offer seems too good to be true! :-(

Has anyone actually received their order yet?

I ordered a pair of coverse on the 6/12. My status says 'awaiting dispatch' and the money is pending to come out of my account, so it looks like its all ok here. Fingers crossed!

I had the same on my account with the orders duplicated 3 times... eventually it will go to shipped with a tracking number, this is fully itemised including time of delivery...don't panic yet.
