You cant get in contact, I had awful problems, in the end I spoke to some head office receptionist who passed my details onto someone to call me back, but you wont get through on the phone beleive me! (dont know the number try calling a store and asking)

Office customer service is appaling ! I had awful trouble with a previous order which I told them to cancel. Then I saw it was 25 % and 35 % off so re-ordered the shoes (5 pairs) and they all arrived on Friday, very pleased, shoes are lovely, service is rubbish ! I wrote, emailed and phoned and no reply.

Unfortunately they realised their error (of waaaayyy too much of a bargain on a certain pair of shoes I was after) by the time I was going to place an order, but I have previously ordered from them.

Just to let everyone know that (I paid by Switch) and the money came off a little while AFTER I RECEIVED my order. If I remember correctly I had the shoes for a few days, then received an invoice seperately and still the money didn't come off for about another week.

I got mine within about a week, but they made a right mess of my address and consequently the delivery company couldn't find me. They had the district as the house name and the house name as the town. Fortunately, UPS, the delivery company were fantastic and phone me about 10 mins after I emailed them.

Incidentally, there's currently 35% off in store at the moment, including the sale stuff.

I received my order yesterday and they haven't taken any money from my account either. I keep checking my bank account online and its still not gone out. I'm hoping they've forgot! I also ordered something from a different company a few weeks ago, received the item and they haven't taken the money yet either. It'll probably all come out at the same time and i'll be really skint!
