ah thanks sk00bie ;0)
well we didnt go out but we stayed at home and ordered a take away which was good enough for me. we had an indian take away in the end and i had some chocolates (4) from the milk tray and then i felt sick.. my dinner was so hot that i couldnt even eat most it. told the stupid guy not add so many green chillis and he still didnt listen.so had 2 big glasses of blackcurrant juice to stop the fire in my mouth and then i just sat and watched hubby eat it. lol.. had some peppermint tea though and feel thirsty. it was a hot curry with rice and half a keema naan and a little samosa. humph.. im annoyed that it was rubbish as it tooo hot and i can eat hot.:(
oh well i hope i dont get hungry now as want to go to bed. am tired.. told my manager that i would be at work on monday.. grrrooooaaan.. lets enjoy the weekend hey? lolBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Morning ladies.. how is it all going?
Thought would quickly come online before i start cleaning up! Hubby's gone to kung fu and its his grading today.. It would have been mine too was I still going.. sighNever mind hey?
we both had some porridge and i am just enjoying some tea and watching Music. hehe. Beyonce gets on my nerves as she has such a lovely figure. cow!!
well we shall try and be good today. Hubby said he will make a roast today! YUM!!! I love roasts esp when he does them. hehe. and I think I must have a glass of wine. Weirdly, since I gave drinking up and caffeine, i actually dont miss them much. As long as I have my cuppa in the morning, I am sorted. Am liking decaf coffee and also herbal teas. whats happened to me? lolBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

tried on my wedding dress today and am a little worried about it as i really need to have a flat stomach for it and currently have a bit of a pouch of a stomach
the lady in the shop and my mum (who always tells me the truth) said it looked fine and the lady said i'd be holding my bouquet in front of my pouch anyway but i can't help but feel a little paranoid!
does anyone have any tips on how to achieve flat stomach?!!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

Well done slowly thats great!
Jo your running efforts sound better than my 5min walk 30 sec run efforts!
I did well with excersize yesterday but ate too much! Nothing bad, just too many times! Legs are sore from the work out and fell and skint my knee last night (without drink!).0 -

i had a big pair of hold me in knickers on but they were not seamless and the seems showed through the dress (it is quite a sheer chiffon material) so i will need to get myself some seemless underwear. i was thinking more about diet...i think i am going to test out eating no bread for a few weeks and see how that effects the size of my tummy!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

I had my op Wednesday, so I have gone from no exercise and housebound to no exercise and bed bound! The good news is I am not hungry and as I can not walk I can not keep getting up to eat, so can't be putting on too weight.......
Just fed up and wanting to be out. I am missing bootcamp in the snow, which used to be fab, and just missing getting aching limbs and that feeling when you know you have earned that glass of wine.
I have been like this since Sept. At this rate I won't know how to exercise when I am able to.
Visitors bringing chocolates doesn't help either. Mind I did get some strawberries dipped in some of it melted, is that classed as one of my five a day.....Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -

Lots of water the week before the wedding with low salt intake and no caffine will help with bloating. Crunches and situps will tone0
