Yes Giddy, sorry about your dad.

:j:j:j:j:j got to get doing those star jumps!!!!!!!!:T0 -
Need I add OH lost 3!!! Grrr! (BUT- I think one of them was fake from last week, so that effectively makes it 2).:T0

Well done Jo, its still a loss! I can only dream of 9st something, hoping to get to 10 and 1/2st by the time we get married. Want to be 11st at the heaviest for the start of my wedding season in May (2 weddings in May, another in August I think and then ours in Oct. Eek!), so then I dont have so much to lose before ours.0

MOrning Everyone,
May I first say how sorry I am to hear of your loss Giddy. Well done for staying so strong. Sometimes it helps to say the things you need to at these times.
I put on yet another 0.5lb am so annoyed ashave been so good again this week.
Everyone here is tucking to bacon sarnies and I am about to have my fat free yog and pear. See thats whats not fair about all of this - its not like I've been stuffing my face.0 -
Sorry to hear your news Giddy. Well done for staying strong.
Well done JoI am off to prezzo tomorrow and have no idea how I will do then! Will try and be as good as possible. Taking a nice healthy picnic to the zoo for the day and lots of walking round so that counts as exercise.
Oh no Hadley! Poor you. Have you thought about changing plans? Maybe SW just isn't for you. Different people find different plans work for them.
I stayed the same this week so not too bad (as in exactly the same no movement whatsoever in my BMI, normally if I stay the same weightwise according to the wii I still have some movement in my BMI) as I was bad on wednesday night and then yesterday had the yummy food on my course. Plus OH brought a packet of cookies to bed when we went to watch a DVD and we munched our way through those. We both need to be better now though as it really isn't long until the wedding.0 -
I have considered changing Em, but am going to stick with it for a couple of weeks or so as was doing really well on SW before (well losing 1.5 - 2lbs a week which is fine for me). Have a food diary to fill in which is basically writing down everything I eat and drink so the consultant can see whats happening - might give me a few surprises as well. :rotfl:But maybe it might give me the kick I need.0

Morning all..
I had to wake myself up out of bed as i am getting very lazy and if i am going back to work on Monday, then I need the practice. groan. Must say i have enjoyed sitting at home being online and watching music videos and going shopping. hehe.. all has to stop from Monday.
Giddy. so sorry about your loss. I hope you are ok. well done for being strong. *hugs*. Its hard, i know and i know what you are going through. :-( after shopping yesterday, I did have a downer evening esp as had a massive arguement with hubby over something so petty i had posted on his FB wall. men!! anyway hope we all have better days with our emotions and our eating.
I felt sick after my binge eating yest and luckily the peppermint tea helped. I woke up feeling so hungry as we had eaten at like 6.30 last night. tonight i have forced hubby to take me out for dinner, as we have forgotten to do stuff like that now..:-( so more eating out and i am not sure where we can go? damn...

If we go local, then we don't have these. we have lovely south indian restaurants near us.. I am not sure at all now.. if we to South Croydon, then there are more choices but also less voucher places. grr i dont know.. maybe an Indian meal wouldnt be a bad idea then i can have a curry and rice. lol. i can make that at home!!! haha i just sounded like that woman from goodness gracious me, who used to say that she could make everything at home as it was cheaper. lol
prezzo do amazing sausage pasta.. ok i am pasta'd out so def different choice tonight.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
