hows everyones afternoons going?
i nipped out again and on impulse booked a lovely facial and got my eyebrows done. I had stopped having my facials and with the recent stress, my face is horrible as i am breaking out.and then went to Nero and had some veggie panini with mozarella and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps. seems like we are going to bella pasta tonight as hubby has his kung fu grading tomorrow. more pasta yuck!

Oh that sounds like a lovely way to spend the afternoon Rups.
I have spent most of mine trying to give in to temptation and snack on chocs or biscuits. Not remotely hungry - just writing a very boring report. But am feeling very pleased with myself as haven't given in :j
Anyway, just about to leave the office - so hope everyone has lovely evenings and weekends if I don't come on here till Monday.:)0 -

Thats not too bad jo, it will boost your motabolism, thats what i tell myself. Im stuffed too, made homemade oven baked chips, grilled steak burger with onions, broccoli and peas! Did an hour on the crosstrainer though.0

Sweetilemon I say I ran 5k, I did have to walk a little too, it was sort of a run 5min, walk 2 minute effort. It took me 35 minutes 50 seconds to do the 5k, I'm going to try again tomorrow and attempt to knock the 50 seconds off.
Ideally I want to be able to do 5k in under 30 minutes and then start increasing the distance. I've said all this before though, it's actually sticking to any one exercise for long enough to meet my goals that's my issue. :rotfl:
Today I've eaten really unhealthily, but calorie wise it was actually OK. Hungry now, but determined not to go over my 1200 on my fitness pal.
Breakfast/lunch- Sausage and scrambled eggs on toast and a glass of OJ- 587 calories!
Dinner- Fishfinger sandwiches with 1/2 bag of crisps and salad- 566 calories
Milky tea-50 calories
Total- 1203 calories
Went out for a 45 minute walk earlier, so net calories for the day is 1042
Not even coming close to consuming 5 a day with my diet at the moment, but trying not to be too hard on myself, will focus on healthy eating again from Monday, tracking calories is enough for now.

1600 isn't bad at all Jo, the way I see it, as long as you don't go over 2000ish you won't put any back on!
I just got back from an hours walk, still a bit chilly out there :rotfl: Am at 980 calories net out of 1390 so might have to treat myself to something.
I Finally weighed in, lost 3 lbs in the last 10 daysLet's hope I can keep it up.
My mum made me laugh when I told her I'd lost, she said we had to have a drink to celebrate, I'm like noooooo the calories! Was frantically working out what to have for dinner so I'd have enough calories left have a glass of wine with her. Ran out of time in the end though so might save them and have a glass tomorrow!
Giddy I'm the same, am eating complete crap most days, just less of it! I really need to try and eat more veg, I'm lucky if I manage 5 a week let alone 5 a day!
