Hmm i wish i did that but i didnt even find the time. :)

i tried looking for some ww groups. their meeting times are so rubbish so i might go to SW and join them online, as i sort of know what goes on with them and can eat pastas, potatoes.. hmm yum yum

poor hubby is sooo annoyed.. he made this lovely chorizo and chicken pie. it was lovely but it imploded in the oven and the chorizo he used stank so bad, he was put off his food. i had mine. :) now am waiting for home-cooked apple pie. yuuuum.. oh im going to be a fatty..:rotfl:

Lots of water the week before the wedding with low salt intake and no caffine will help with bloating. Crunches and situps will tone :)

thank you! i'm feeling lots better today about the whole situation...it was just a bit upsetting that it wasn't perfect when i tried the dress on. have sourced some seamless underwear today and know what i have to do re diet...it's just hard to discipline myself when i still have 6 months to go! mum's roast dinner and cheese and biscuits after tonight was so delicious!! hopefully my motivation will be there the week before the wedding to avoid salt and caffeine!

Rups couldn't you join WW online only so no meetings. Thats the way I'm doing it, I don't think I would like meetings.

I had such a good weekend but so bad for eating. There was a weather warning for Birmingham so we decided to book a hotel for the Saturday as didn't really want to drive back in the forecasted snow. Had a lovely 4 hours in a spa and then Snow Patrol were amazing. Came out to at least 6cm+ of snow so glad we got the hotel. Full english the next day and then decided to visit Cadbury World  where we were given quite a bit of free chocolate.

Came into work today and someone had left a muffin on my desk... Eaten now :o

Oh and 3 months to the wedding :eek::eek::eek:

Well done slowly! Lisa, I'm sure you'll do fine!

Hope everyone had a good weekend, I was very good on the diet, had a good day saturday and then we went to see my family last night after supper (prawn salad), they were getting chinese so my OH had duck chow main (after eating supper an hour earlier) but I was good and didnt even have a prawn cracker. :) Usually I would try and eat the whole bag because I love them.

Your weekend sounds brilliant Olokia :)

I had a great weekend too but awful diet wise. Went to london zoo on saturday; had a fairly healthy picnic but also two caramel moccas to warm me up, then we went for dinner at prezzo. Shared a starter, had a 'light' pizza but then also had a bit of cheesecake for pudding! Oh and wine!! Then sunday was a disarster! Best not mentioned. lol

Back to it today. Still not walking because of the snow.

I was quite disappointed when I got home because I didn't have time to walk in the snow in Birmingham so was going to do it when I got home....
    Got home, no snow... :(

Oh no that's a shame. We had fun mucking around in the snow on saturday evening :) Now it is just a pain though as it isn't the nice fresh snow it is slushy and icy :(

    morning ladies..

back at work today and feels weird after nearly 3 weeks!! the girls were so sweet and hugged me when they came in. :) ahhh..

olokia i checked out WW and thought there was some sort of offer online, but its too expensive.:( so i will leave it. coming back to work, i saw two girls have lost so much weight just doing slim fast for a month!! now i am tempted to try it to lose it and then maintain it with that but then having done it before, i was always hungry. :( i dont know. maybe have to discpline myself to eat healthy only!!!!

ate porridge in the morning, and i am going to go and have some dandelion tea. meant to be good detox tea. got sandwiches for lunch. yuck!
