Hope your first day back at work goes ok Rups.

If you can do it yourself it is much more cost effective but there is less incentive in respect of the cost of going to classes pushes some people to be good. You may find that if you write everything you eat down it will help Rups.

I had belvita breakfast bics this morning as didnt have time for porridge. Got pitta, carrot and cucumber with hummus for lunch with grapes and an apple. Plus a couple of tiny gingerbreadmen. Yummy.

yum Em. your lunch is always so creative. :) iam useless. last night chatted to my sis-in-law and she gave me some great ideas. its just remembering them. I have to make some soup this week too! have to have to!

am trying. A sweet guy asked me if i was away on holiday and luckily it was just me and him, before 9 and i started crying. oops... am better now as everyone is getting on with their work and i am tidying my inbox!

i used to write stuff down. maybe i can still register for my nutrition course and then that will help me too. need to just cut out the sweet snackings and i will be fine.. annoying habit to have.

olokia i checked out WW and thought there was some sort of offer online, but its too expensive.:( so i will leave it.

If you go through quidco then it is £15 for the first 3 months so I am just doing 3 months. (3 months to the wedding anyway.) then when I come back, I will go it alone because I will have my recommended points allowance and will just use calculators I find on the internet.

I found this calculator http://www.calculator.net/weight-watchers-points-calculator.html which works out Propoints values. I don't know what your allowance would be, but if you tried something like 29 daily plus 49 extra that you can use anytime in a week then you could be sort of following it without paying for it. (My allowance is 31 daily plus 49 weekly but I have a lot to lose)

Hope you have a good day Rups. I tried slimfast and didnt lose any weight at all, but just now I'm doing something along the same lines called ultraslim (tesco's own, much cheapness!) and I'm losing weight slowly but surely. I'm aiming to eat around 1000-1200 calories a day which is where the app comes in. I decided I'll do this till I lose the first stone then go onto proper low calorie diet to lose the second stone so I can try and get to grips with my portion sizes.

Thanks Hollie. At the mo, they girls and guys are getting on with their work. It was just one sweet guy in the morning who thought i was on holiday somewhere, and when he asked me, i just burst out crying. :( am better now and no one is asking so its prob best this way.

i love roast dinners. been begging hubby to make me one as he makes it perfect. i am rubbish at roasts as have been brought up making curries and chapatis. :)
