Does anyone know if it is better to eat before or after exercise?:T0

Jo, I heard it was better to eat within 30 mins after exercising as your body is still in fat burning mode. Also, I find that if I eat before exercising I feel really sluggish.0

Oh thanks. Think will continue doing what I was doing before then, have ritz biscuits before, then Jaffa cakes / yoghurt after. Just wondered if this was the best way!:T0

Ok- I was so hungry I have just gorged on my yoghurt! N that is all I had for lunch, so will now have to get something else. Oh well!

hello ladies..
hope alls going ok..i woke up so late and my necks sore as i slept badly. grrr
just having a down day as last night a letter came from the hosp giving me a scan appointment.
they dont even know what happened and the GP didnt tell them so had to ring them up and explain and i started crying.
just feel so down... i have to try and get a hold of myself. as i am down, i hope i dont end up eating crap now.
guess joining ww and going out might help.. sigh

Thanks stir.. am still here and cant tear away myself from being online. lol... am trying to get ready and head out... i am scared that will either end up spending lots of money and buying stuff i dont need. a new super dry store has been opened up in croydon and i am dying to go in there to see stuff. I dont have any of their clothes but i like their jackets.
and i want ugg type boots, bit uggs as EVERYONE has them!!!
