Mmm apparently my net cals for today (accordin to my fitness pal) is 388! I have 812 left for today. It's a pity I can't carry them over... I'm going out tomorrow n will be going over my limit!

    Hi Ladies,

Can I join? I've been using the my fitness pal app too! Am currently a size 16/18 and would love to go down to a 14 or so. My wedding isn't until next year so hopefully I've started soon enough.

I'm sure if you don't eat a lot today you can eat/drink more tomorrow. That's how I've always imagined it working, my friend on WW used to save 1 point per day to use on wine at the weekend! And the app has a weekly average on it too!
I always find I go over first rather than save up hehe. I then cut back the next few days to make my average go down for the week.

I've been doing 1390 cal per day and lost 2lb the first week I weighed in. Haven't weighed in this week yet though, really hope I've lost more

Wow Jo thats loads left... you need a yummy dinner. At least in SW you do have flexible syns. i.e. you are supposed to have about 10 -15 a day, but you can just be a bit more flexible some days and not have to beat yourself up. You can tell I use them occasionally :rotfl:

Rups enjoy your shopping trip - sounds fun.

I am still trying to write this report - boring and thinking/worrying about what those scales are going to say later. :(

Hi and well come Sk00bie! :) Most of us weigh in Thurs night / Friday morning, so you are well come to join us! We don't say weight, just amount lost or gained etc. unless you want to of course! :)

Hadley- I don't think I am going to worry about it to much, I should be ok for the week, n I dont bother cal counting at the weekends (I do estimations)- so this weekend will start on Friday evening! :rotfl:

Jo - I love the idea of more relaxed weekends and yes this weekend is definately going to start tomorrow evening. :rotfl:

Well nothing is passing my lips now until after my weigh in sometime after 7... :( have to just keep thinking I have lost. Its so frustrating when you've been good and don't lose/even put on. I always find think people think I'm lying and that I binge or something all week. Which is tempting some weeks:rotfl:Umm lets see I'll try to visualise that I have lost 3lbs!! Got to go and rumage in the old wardrobe in a bit to find something very light weight to get weighed in. Normally don't have a choice as just about have time to walk in the door from work before I have to go out. Maybe leggings or something - then can wear a lovely jumper to keep warm as well. God I sound so sad - feel free to ignore me. :o

That's why I do it at home Hadley... I wear just my underwear! we also have a HUGE mirror (it takes up the whole of the back wall) so that scares me into reality! :rotfl:
