Myfitnesspal is amazing! 1st day yesterday, I've also got 1200 calories, but yesterday only used 807 which I'm not sure is right......

I love how it says carry on as you are and in 5 week's you'll weigh xyz.

I'm so pleased I found this thread (well I always knew it was hear, just didn't venture on to it...)
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

2 weeks in and 4lb lighter, fairly pleased. Had a nice stir-fry for dinner :) myfitness sounds a bit like calorie count which is pretty handy.

Hi everyone, glad to see you are popping back on occasionally Rups. Have I high hopes you will feel better soon, a holiday will do you the world of good, even if it is just in this country.

2lbs off since Tuesday, but I know that is probably water. Will know whether starting my fitness pal again is working next tuesday.

74 Jax - that doesn't seem much, especially since you aren't excercising? EAT girl! (Is it any wonder I ended up such a lard !!!?) I fnid 1400 much better, from the point that I am always a lot under. I was reading about something called 'caloried cyling' or something like that, where you eat the same amount of calories over the week, but some days more and some days less, that way your metabolism is kept on it's toes. Anyone ever tried it?

    Hey

I went swimming last night :j I only swam about 15 lengths because after 13 lengths the staff took out 2 of the 3 lanes for swimming lessons and it was far too busy to have everyone in the last lane.

I did look at that swimathon thing that (I think Jo?) said she was doing, because it was advertised at my pool. Decided I can't do it because it is the weekend before the wedding and I will be far too busy. May have attempted it if it wasn't then.

Hey Rups, take care of yourself, and hope you get a lovely sunny holiday to relax!

Just did curves last night, and got my Wii sports thing to do tonight, was good last night, except I had a Wispa icecream. It was 125 calories, but it took me up to my 1200.

Yeah, it was me. :) someone else at my work is doing it too now. But at a different pool. Does mean I can't get sponsors from work really now though!

I am going swimming in Friday during lunch break, was meant to be today, but got up far to late to pack etc. :o
