OMG BURPEES!!!!!!!!!I'm not sure about this one. Of course it depends on how much you ate of it (and what you ate) but:
1 clementine is ~35 calories
1 banana is ~105 calories
1 apple is ~65 calories
etc
I had :
1 pineapple finger - there was 6 in a pack of 200g at 86 calories so I did 15 calories.
2 slices of Asda watermelon fangs - there was 8 in the pack 300g at 96 calories so I did 24 calories
This seemed a little amount of calories so I added some on.....Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -

Ok that does sound reasonable calorie amount then.
The rest of it does look about right too.
Are you remembering to add the oil you cook with? And everything that you eat? If so, then you will need to find other places to add calories because I don't think 807 is not enough.
Also I don't think 50 calories is enough for breakfast. You need something a bit more that will give you energy (I am really bad at this one. I just don't have time)0 -
I heard that the ideal thing is to eat like a king for breakfast, prince for lunch, and pauper for dinner! it makes sense as you are the most active during the day! I always try to balance it out a bit. Obv breakfast is usually smaller, but I aim for about 500 each for lunch n dinner.
I didn't go swimming today, bit of a family emergency, so will go tomorrow instead.:T0 -
I don't have time in the morning to eat lots though. I just stuff my porridge in the microwave while i make our lunches. My mum is doing SW and she always seems to eat loads for lunch but she doesn't start work till later so has the time.
I don't think it is my meals that are the problem, for the most part, it is the snacking, particularly in the evening, that adds the calories on for me.
It is really difficult to fit the exercise in sometimes is it Jo. Are you feeling that it is getting nearer? I find it scary that I will be married by the time you do your swim!0 -
An orange is 30 cals so not sure about the fruit salad but,are u changing the amount when u select the fruit?? its like when u scan a tin of tuna it will give u the full amount of the tin so if your only having half u need to change the amount.just make sure when u select a food item u check the amount it brings up HTH0

We didnt call it mountain climbers at BMF. But its when you go down on all fours and stretch out your legs. Then you take one leg up to your chest level and put your foot on the ground, then stretch it out again. Swap legs and keep repeating. They're killers.0 -
