Giddy, you can change the amount of calories on it. I've set mine to 1400 as that way I don't feel bad about 'over eating', but 1400 should do the trick. Most sites say 1200 is too low really.
Hollie, that is fantastic! I was last a size 8 when I was 21!

Thanx Megan,i was shocked when i tried them on,i didnt really think about dropping a dress size just thought about the weight loss really.i was happy in size 10 clothes but not happy with my weight.u cant have it all though i guess.
Giddy i thought the same to but after about 3 days i found it so easy, generally my day will consist of,porridge with milk and a cappucino for breakfast, omlette, ham sandwich made with nimble bread, heinz soup small tins with 2 slices of nimble bread slice of gammon with egg, scrambled egg on toast this is for lunch, then tea can be chicken leg with rice, sausage casserole, curry, jacket potatoe, bacon and chicken pie, then usually i will have a couple of large oranges or a bowl of low fat greek yoghurt with a tea spoon of honey,im always left with between 100-150 cals on my non exercise days and 300-400 on my exercise days as i dont eat what it puts back on form exercise which usually takes it back upto 1550 i stick to within 1200 as i never eat before i exercise.hope thats made sense.i dont drink squash, juice, fizzy just water all day and no hot drinks apart from my morning coffee0 -

Afternoon all.
Rups has been popping up on my Facebook, but I don't know how she is.
I have just had a sweet potato n vegi chilli for lunch, and 3 Jaffa cakes. I now feel completely stuffed! According to the fitness pal app it was only 407 cals.... (not sure that can be right). But I guess it is all vegetable...:T0 -

Hey everyone,
Hope we have all had a good week so far. I have been doing a course, it was so hard! I had 4 hours homework each night!!I started off well diet wise but last night chocolate was needed to perk me up a bit!
Fingers crossed I will have been ok this week and lost weight still. Friday morning will show.
Make sure you have lots of rest Rups and only come back when you are ready. Think of you and Mr Rups . Hope you get to have a little break/time away0 -
Food today hasn't been brilliant...
b - half a portion of porridge with half a sliced banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter - AMAZING!
l - this was a buffet so I had half a chicken wrap, 1 mini sausage roll and then some fruit salad
s - rocky bar (101 cals), packet of skips (88 cals) and slice of ginger cake (94 cals)
t - left over chili in a pitta
Sigh.
Rups - nice to hear from you, take care of yourself xBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Thanks for this thread those who started and contributed to it. We're getting married 7 months today and my fitness regime is kicking in.
Being a (big) size 16 I'd like to be a comfortable 14 when we get married. Have started running and also doing the Curves circuit which I really enjoy.
I downloaded My Fitness Pal app this week as well thanks to whoever recommended that, it's really good! Am sitting at 1,100 cals today so am pleased with that.
Good luck to everyone trying! It is tough eh!?
