Nearly home time people! Am glad I am walking home too, I like having a purpose to my exercise!
Have a good evening all!:T0 -
Hi ladies,
Hope everyone is doing well. I've been away for a few weeks, unfortunately my Dad has tajen a turn for the worse, the doctors think he has less than a week left to live now. I am collecting my wedding dress from the shop tomorrow so he will hopefully be able to see me in it. Absolutely gutted that he won't be here to see the wedding, he is the reason we were planning the whole thing in such a tight timescale, he'd been given a prognosis of July/August, but it wasn't meant to be.
Rups, I am so so sorry to read your news. Big hugs.
Weight loss wise I'm steadily going in the right direction, another 1.5lb lost last week.

Ladies, will you have me back? I need to focus so much - not long to go AT all now! :eek:Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Of course we will have you back
Oooh my gym just called. I have my taster personal trainer session next Saturday (just before I go to Snow Patrol, I will be so tired for that). She can do rehabilitation training so I hope she can teach me how to exercise without setting off my joint problems.
If she is good and my joints don't hurt after, I may call it a wedding expense and go more.0
