Good luck girls works fab for me,what i dont do though is if i burn off say 348 cals doing a 45min zumba session it puts it back onto your cal count so i just remember that once i get down to that not to eat anymore i dont see the point in burning it off to eat it again
I usually try to eat what I've burned off, as its so restrictive anyway. Because I've only got 1200 calories a day, if you burn off 350 calories you've only had 850 calories.
Over the weekend, I tried doing what Hollie's done, burned 350 calories at curves on Sat and on sunday, 220 calories on the wii plus whatever I burned off in an hour at the gym (I tried counting it up and got lost around 380). But didnt replace these with food.
Anyhoo, I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 3lbs since Friday. This is too fast for me, as I'm hoping to achieve a weightloss of around 2lbs a week and also trying to get myself in a healthy exercise regime so I can use exercise to maintain my weight. Admittedly, I did a lot more exercise than I would usually do but I think it shows how easy it is to under eat if you're exercising too.0 -

Morning,
I wish I felt I was losing weight too fast lol. The wedding dress alteration person was ok. I put on the wedding dress and asked about the length. She said that its 1 or 2 inches too long but because of the layers and design it would cost a few hundred pounds to shorten it and its better to just leave it slightly long. She said the dress was too small for me but I don't think she took into account that it was a corset dress but she couldn't do it up because the corset string fabric thing needs repairing first and she didn't want to do the dress up and the string snaps. So I *think* the dress fits but she can't alter it because of the boning so when she repairs the corset string thing, I will need to try it on properly (and lose as much weight as possible).0 -

I've been waiting for a physio appointment since last October. Turns out my referral got sent around a few places and then to my doctor who decided not to do anything as apparently I need to come in to book the referral. He didn't even tell me even though I saw him about a week later. :mad:0 -
Back to work!
Will be good today tho. Live nearer this office, so I can walk home later.got soup for lunch, Jaffa cakes, n soup n baguette for tea.
I will be good!!
And I got broke in physio today! I ha to wait age for it as well. The referral was made in April/may, and I got seen around September I think.:T0 -

Hope it all goes well for you with the dress Olokia! If its too long maybe a petticoat will help (or higher shoes but wouldnt fancy a whole day in them!)?
I have to say its usually the other way round for me, its usually too slow! I just posted it on here as I was worried that maybe if its lost too quickly it will pile on again. An also because I dont think its healthy to lose weight that fast.0 -

Thanks,
Heh, it already has a petticoat and my heels are 8cm already. Not sure I want any higher (and my OH doesn't want me to be taller than him :rotfl:)
It does mean that I can't do my plan of changing to flat shoes in the evening because then my dress will be far too long.0 -
