    I agree with Em Jo, that does sound a little light - especially if you are also exercising. You need to have enough to keep your body healthy. :)

    Just had a look at mine; 221 cals for breakfast, and aproximately 422 cals for lunch so that is 643 so far today and I will have a fair size dinner.

    If you don't eat enough then your body stores what you do eat.

    So far today I've eaten 547 calories so still allowed 653 to take me up to 1200. Also going to curves tonight so I'll have extra calories if I feel like pigging out :)

    No, I mean what ever I eat tonight should be under 930!! We have tomato soup with a baguette (roughly 350 cals). Then will probably have a hot chocolate or a yoghurt, which will be another let's say 200 average. Oh and a Jaffa cake (ok 2) when I get home- another 86! So that roughly 640 tonight...

    I use the myfitnesspal app its brill.i make stuff from scratch to u just do a search for the vegetable and shows in weight how many cals.i was having 2000 if not more sometimes most days.my breakfast is 183 cals everyday lunch is between 150-250 cals a day and dinner is about 300-600 an evening,i dont really snack anymore and if i do i have snack a jacks,grapes or oranges the oranges i get are only 30cals each so i have two a day.i only have one coffee in the morn with breakfast the rest of the day i have nothing but water usually 3pints as im not a massive drinker anyway as i spend to much time on the loo if i drink to much fluids.its just so easy to log and once u start logging it saves so if u have the same thing the next day its saves on the app and u just select it

    Oh rite great thanks. Will have a look for it when I get home.

    Can't be bothered with work now haha it's nearly the weekend.

    Getting a bit peckish so may have my apple now :)

    Just downloaded the app. It has given me a cal count of 1200 a day. Should be able to do that most days. Although, I will be nearly hitting it but that's ok. :)

    It has given me 1200 calories too. I have no idea what I am normally eating so who knows how I will do lol.
