    Today's weigh in... Lost a pound. Guess that us a loss, so am fairly happy with it, but hoped it would be more as I put on a pound last week.
    I will def do better this comin week.... Grrrr!

    I lost 2lb this week so thats me down by half a stone so far. Finally, started losing weight instead of gaining!

    Well done Jo and Stir :) That's better than me. Having looked back on my week I can see I did snack quite a bit and not make the best choices so am going to be better this week. Must get under this weight as it seems to be my sticking point. (*I most definately did not bake a choclate cake last night after being disappointed at staying the same!*)

    That's why I weigh my self in the morning Em... I don't have time to feel sorry for myself, and eat to feel better! Once I get to work I can control myself a little better. If I still feel like I want to give in I treat my self to a mini (mixer) of coca cola, or fancy apple juice or something like that.

    That's a realy good idea. I may have to change to a friday morning. Then if you eat bad you waste the whole day whereas now I just think 'oh well it's only the evening'. In my defence for last night though I did only have beans on toast for dinner, my eggs needed using up and I only had one bit of cake. OH can have the rest haha

    Well done on the losses and maintains ladies. :T

    I managed to put on 0.5lbs. Not much, but still enough to give me the kick I needed. I now have 2lb to lose to get to my 1st stone and I will do it this week if it kills me. Infact in a moment of madness at SW last night I said I was aiming for 4lb loss. I know I won't do that much, but it will (hopefully) make me work a harder.

    I now need to think about exercise.:o

    That's not too bad Hadley.

    We all seem to have been faultering a bit lately so I think we should make a concerted effort to do better from now on. As my friend said to me yesterday when I was thinking of giving up 'you can't the count down to the big day is on now!'. Everytime I am tempted by something I need to think of my dress and how I want to look on my wedding day. I need to stop feeling sorry for myself the only reason I am not loosing weight is because of me and thus I am the only one who can change that! Positive attitude! :)

    Well said Em. It is myself I need to convince. Positive attitude - I can lose 4lb this week (if I think that hopefully I can at least lose 2lb :rotfl:and so on and so).

    Am working from home and have the heater on, but for some reason am still cold. :(

    Well said Em! I always say loosing weight is incredibly easy, just eat less and exercise more. It just a calorie deficit... But actually doing it is another thing!

    I think we all need a renewed boost!
