The 4 minute work out? What does it involve?0 -
I read about it on pinterest then looked it up on youtube. Honestly, I got to the second set and died. I do a lot of walking but no intense aerobics. Look it up - I think alongside your regular workouts it is supposed to really help. BUT you have to do it to the max. I will be trying it again tomorrow... If I can move!

74 Jax - that doesn't seem much, especially since you aren't excercising? EAT girl! (Is it any wonder I ended up such a lard !!!?) I fnid 1400 much better, from the point that I am always a lot under. I was reading about something called 'caloried cyling' or something like that, where you eat the same amount of calories over the week, but some days more and some days less, that way your metabolism is kept on it's toes. Anyone ever tried it?

I know, I don't think I could have filled it all in correctly.
I had (Goes to look it up)
Breakfast
Coffee with (skimmed milk and sweetner) 11 calories
home made fruit salad 48 calories
Lunch
Coffee 11 calories
Baked potatoe 110 calories
Huge plate of home made ratatouille 123 calories
Dailylea jumbo tubes 120 calories
Dinner
Porriage with a load of currants 216 calories
homemade fruit salad 48 calories
Snacks
3 celebrations sweets 120 calories
Total 807 calories, I think I'm not adding in the right things maybe? puzzled.
It's not that i'm not eating sugarwalsh, at all, i'm just not hungry. I made a huge vat of homemade soup last night and the points of that are only around 120 calories for a bowl and i've had that for lunch and am stuffed ha ha ha, i couldn't eat any more. I'd be uncomfortable. I think I'm not adding the points up right somehow.......Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -

It's very similar to what I do (did?) at bootcamp, very very high intensity with 10 seconds rests. Mountain climbers are the worst thing in the entire world. hate them hate them hate them.
Am I mad that I miss it.................Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -
