I have been snacking on biscuits all day... That's what worrying does to me. I'm not even hungry! Grrr! I could quite easily not eat today, but people provide biscuits..... :(

I don't think it is my meals that are the problem, for the most part, it is the snacking, particularly in the evening, that adds the calories on for me.
For me, it isn't the snacking, it is the type of food I eat and quantity. I'm still trying to break out of the habit I had for my first 16 years. I ate whatever I wanted and however much I wanted and stayed underweight. I loved the fattiest foods and had two servings of them usually. Then my health problems started where I can't really exercise and I am always too tired even though I sleep loads. I can see why I am the weight I am. Also whatever I do the weight is slow to come off.

It is really difficult to fit the exercise in sometimes is it Jo. Are you feeling that it is getting nearer? I find it scary that I will be married by the time you do your swim!

And it will be the weekend before my wedding.

We didnt call it mountain climbers at BMF. But its when you go down on all fours and stretch out your legs. Then you take one leg up to your chest level and put your foot on the ground, then stretch it out again. Swap legs and keep repeating. They're killers.

Still can't remember that one. I don't think we did it.

I can't remember which one the burpee was. I just remember I didn't like it.

We did one were you are on all fours and kick out both legs, bring them back and then jump up. Is that the burpee?

It's difficult to break the habbits isn't it. That's the problem, we aren't stupid we know what is bad for us but it is tempting and habbit. I am definately a comfort eater too. When I was studying like mad monday and tuesday evening all I wanted was some chocolate to make it seem better. Thank god it was only 3 days of studying! When I used to revise for a month or so before my uni exams I used to eat so many sweets!

Eeek it's soon isn't it!!! (despite Jo thinking it is ages away heehee) How is your planning coming along??

I had that last October and I loved doing it.

    In the end we chose
    Wild Mushroom and Chive Feuillete
Pan Fried Duck with Honey Jus
    White Chocolate and Champagne Torte.

I can't wait to eat them again :D
