    Hi...

Congrats to all who have lost weight this week! :T And to those who haven't; you're still doing better than I am! :p

OK, so I have been lurking on this thread for a while but not posting, as I have done nothing whatsoever towards being healthier since the middle of December :o

Weighed myself this morning and fortunately the damage isn't too bad; I've put on three pounds since I fell off the wagon, and am now back at my default not-really-watching-what-I-eat-but-not-completely-pigging-out weight, IYKWIM!

Hoping to drop up to a stone; not entirely sure exactly how much as I'll review it as I go. I don't want to be too skinny as I love having curves, but I also have a very small frame so look better nearer the lower end of my healthy weight range.

I can't afford classes or a gym membership, so lots of home exercises, walking, and gardening will have to be enough!

Oh I heard a tip the other day....

Apparently 5 cups of green tea a day burns the equivalent of 100 cals. (by speeding up metabolism etc) I'm assuming 5 is the optimum, 1 will burn some but not 20, 2 will burn more etc, so start drinking the green tea!

    Morning everyone,

Hadley stress can definately make you put on weight I agree with Jo.

Stir don't worry about staying the same, it's not a gain.

    Well done Jo :)

I lost 4 lb!!! :):):) very pleased with that. I know some of it will be down to weighing myself in the morning rather than the evening but it is still good :) So glad to finally have got under my 'sticky' weight :) Got 11 weeks till the wedding so want to loose at least another half a stone preferably more.

Also had a phone call late yesterday afternoon to tell me my dress has arrived so am going to collect it tomorrow :)

4lb! wow that's fantastic! well done you! and OMG your dress is here!!!!!!

I can't afford classes or a gym membership, pretty much same as me then :rotfl: i only joined on Tuesday, but it's a great motivator. SOmeone mentioned myfitnesspal.com and if you can it's a fantastic tool. You can have it on your phone and computer and it's FREE:money: so lots of home exercises, walking, and gardening will have to be enough!

I think broccoli is the same... or I may have dreamed that. Something about it burns more calories that it actually is??
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

Yeah raw celery is meant to use more calories in all the chewing than it has in it. I don't mind celery but couldn't live off it haha.

Just had a couple of jaffa cakes as a snack :)

Didin't have anything for lunch tho so got to pop out. Am guna get subway :) That isn't too bad and then have got cucumber sticks and fruit flakes to go with it.
