Aww, wish it was broccoli! I hate celery so much even the smell makes me choke if I'm walking past it.0

Arrhh I hate broccoli! It's just too horrible haha
really want my lunch already but it's too early0 -
LOL! Love broccoli (unless it's overcooked, then it makes me gag), like celery but the stringy bits put me off, and really don't like green tea!
Wish I did though, but it's black, tannin-and-caffeine-filled builder's tea all the way for me!!
If it's really good for burning calories I might have to give it another go though...Marrying my lovely man on 1st September 2012

I have sweet milky tea. Yummy.
Getting so hungry today; don't know why0 -
I love tea. Strong with milk, loose leaf etc! I'm a bit of a tea snob! :rotfl: well at least it's cheaper than being a wine snob!! :rotfl: mmmm tea!
I drink green tea in bags at work, cos then i dont have to buy milk!! Or suffer from bad tea at work....! :rotfl::T0 -
builders tea with no sugar for me too.:)0

Peel celery with a potato peeler to get rid of the stringy bits!
Also, I think you can get green tea in different flavours - ie vanilla etc?
Hello white sapphire, I'm not at a gym either, just watching what I eat - vaguely following the sw guidelines alongside watching calories on myfitness. I have upped the amount of veg and fruit, cut out all fatty meats, cut back on treats (Including wine). I have lost 7lbs since December - not a lot, but we have had Christmas, New year and my birthday inbetween... I am on it strictly now though as only 8 weeks to go...

Hi girls.. hope everyone is doing good. well done for losses.
i think i should start back here as need to start eating well now esp as the GP said so too. Its bad enough dealing with stuff but now i cant use the excuse of me feeling down and eating bad food.. if i let myself, i know i can always do that and wont feel the need to justify..
my mum kindly brought me some food that is supposed to be good for when healing and its plain lentils mixed with rice (an equal mixture) and she added carrots to it and some cumin seeds. its pretty bland but have been eating that. I also made some green lentils and have been eating that but now am bored of them. was good yest until we had some chips on the way back from hubbys gig. thought i would get out a bit as been at home all day.
i was reading up on stuff and in order to prepare again, i have to start eating well. full stop! so i think i will be here if u girls dont mind?
