Well managed to get 30 lengths in over lunch, a bit rushed but feel like I got a proper workout! :)

Arrhh Rups we would love to have you back if you are ready.

If lentils are meant to be good for you I have a yummy lentil roast recipe that I can let you have. I don't know it but have it written down at home.

It's good to get out and have some fresh air. It's lovely outside today :) went for a little walk in my lunch break as not walking to/from work while I have got this cold still. Makes me too tired.

awhh thanks ladies. you are all so sweet. mwah xxxx

at least this way i have a really good aim too (i know the wedding was too), but now a step further. :) the GP did say that whenever i am ready to try again (not yet anyway), i do have to start eating well and looking after myself. exercise when i have had my first proper AF now and nothing before that. eat lots of spinach and iron rich foods as my body needs that and folic acid so this time round, i am going to do it well. He advised against any vitamins for anyone as we should be getting these from food.:)

i am trying to brave it to go out but knowing me, i prob go to the garden, get the washing off later and come back inside :) am so lazy. managed to wash up so i know i can do these little things. its prob better otherwise am becoming a couch potato. lol

yes please, can i have that recipe. i have been eating lentils for a day and a bit and by accident, i put green chillis. ouch.. so after lunch in a bit no more lentils till a few days. ;) having some mince meat bolg and spag later. :)

    thanks sweeties. xx

Course I will have a look for it when I get home.

It's good to have something to focus on. Just let yourself recover from this; don't push yourself to be ready too quickly there is no hurry.

Hi Rups - good to have you back. Sounds like your GP is talking sense. Think you need you're right you need to start doing little things, but slowly don't rush. :)

Well done on the swimming Jo.

I have just totally confused myself trying to work out how to how to sort a safari honeymoon out. Was hoping to organise something with a safari then a bit of R & R somewhere. Am not sure where to start. Also was looking at using Kuoni or someone to set up a honeymoon where people could contribute, but friends are saying don't do that as the company could go bust. But that would then mean asking people for money. My brain hurts now. :rotfl:

Yeah that is a very good idea. Once you start eating badly it is so easy to think 'oh well what does it matter'. It's just that the naughty stuff is so tempting!!
