it def helps having a hoop.:) i bought mine on ebay even though the lady at the shop insisted i buy a 75 pound hoop! i got mine for 9.99.
and it worked! Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

maybe when you go to the shop you could try a hoop? Then buy one on internet for a steal!
