    Aaaawwww congratulations Rups :):):)

My weekend was lovely but not the best diet wise. I think it is better to have nice stuff some of the time and then you don't crave it loads. Plus I did go ice skating, which is exercise, though I am not sure how many calories are burnt off when you go cautiously round the edge!

It's so irritating when all you have in is bad stuff isn't it. I am useless at resisting it when there is good stuff alreadythere but when I would have to go out to get the healthy stuff there is no chance!

Just having lunch of pepper and cucumber sticks, mini babybel light, pineapple, yogurt coated blackcurrants and a cookie. I had a fruit winder earlier too. No idea what I will have tomorrow as we are running low on most things at home but I can't be bothered to go shopping this evening haha

Weigh in for me tonight. I suspect I have gained due to too much wine this weekend. That'll teach me....

I also was quite bad this weekend with eating, last year I won a competition and was given about 7 or 8 cake mix things and I still have 2 left and they expired in April so I need to use them soon. I used a cupcake one and ate far too many.

Why is it that I work really hard to lose 2lbs in a week and then a couple of evenings out mean I put on 3.5lbs. So annoying and I have another two evenings out this week that I can't avoid.

Wish I was like when I was 14. I had a BMI of 18, ate whatever I wanted which was not really healthy and when I saw that the scales had gone up by a few lbs, lost them again by just thinking that I need to go back down.

Soungs yummy Rups! I haven't had a jacket potatoe in ages as OH isn't keen and I can't be bothered to do two different meals.

You have the perfect reason not ot worry about it now though Rups :)

All I can think of at the moment is Christmas food! Lol there is just so much tempting stuff around but I need to be good. Only 4 months to go till the wedding. eeek

Jacket potato does sound yummy. I've been good today, had ham salad for lunch and a banana. I've got to have a weigh in and get measured at curves this week and dreading it because I know I havent lost anything from last month...
