Bless - it is such an exciting time. I personally didn't tell anyone until I was 12 weeks or more with any of mine. My famiy guessed at about 8 weeks or so, but I didn't want to to tell other people. I think not only is it harder if you loose it (It happens far more than you would think) but I have been told by friends when they are literally just pregnant and their pregancies go on FOREVER!! That is purely a selfish view point, but I think sometimes keeping it yours and your OH's secret for a while is really special.
The doctors will be fine and probably suprisingly uniterested. Don't be surprised if they don't even confirm it - the home tests are so good these days that there is no need to. Yours may be very happy for you, but don't be sad if they are not, they can be a bit blase.

I re-weighed my self yesterday, and I think I only put on a lb last week. I think my Friday mornin weigh in was biased...

    They are 12, 11, 4 and 3!
Saying it on here is very different than telling people you know. It is nice to share it with people when they don't know you and you can't really jinx things just because you talk about them.

It will probably feel all abit surreal until they are about 8 weeks old! Enjoy it, don't stress, that is by far the worst thing for a baby. Oooh, I feel so happy for you, it really is the best thing in the world.

Yep, it is exhausting, but amazing too. Our house is a little hectic...
