Yep, feeling better today. But I drew the short straw and am now stuck doing someone's work as they have child care issues because of the strike! Grrr! At a different office because of team meeting, n everyone else is down stairs chatting! Grrr! I want to strike now, it's unfair!:T0

feel a bit weird and its freezing in here. have to send facilities another moany email now! grrrr. dont even fancy drinking water!
eating wise.. well i had good intentions, so as i was waiting around for hubby to go tohis gig yesterday, i went into Holland & Berretts and bought some thai rice chilli snacks and i managed to munch the whole bag (75g). then i turned it around (after eating) to see the calories and was horrified to find that a 100mg bag would have 575 Kcals.. luckily for me, they had filled me up and so at the gig, i just an orange juice but later on the train home, i had half my chicken/chorizo sandwich.. i hope that wasnt too mad!!!
today am gyming it and i hope this bloody sore throat goes! :0(

Hi everyone :j
I've subscribed, I need all the motivation I can right now. When I met my H2B 5 years ago I was 9st 7lb, right now I'm 12st 2lb.
I want to try and make it back to 9st 7lb before our wedding- in May!
I joined weightwatchers last week and an exercise boot camp, just need to find a way to keep motivated now. Second weigh in is tomorrow, really hope I've lost a few lbs as I feel like I've exercised more this week than I have all year.
Also have to make H2B believe I'm serious, he keeps bringing me home 'treats', which I think is what made me slowly put the weight on to start with. He always seems to come home with a bar of chocolate or a bag of crisps for me, often both, I'd never buy them myself but when I know they are in the house I can't think about anything else until I've munched them all up. :rotfl:
I'm determined to post on this thread every week, to keep me accountable.

yes i was just thinking about the weigh in day and yes Jo they are deceptive. i would have been better off eating a packet of full fat crisps! lol.. those chilli rice snacks gave me a bad belly this morning. lol..
giddytimes my hubby does that too.. when i fancy dessert, he wont bring any but he is always bringing something or the other and as much as i am dying to join him, now i have managed to just let him eat..like the other day we were watching lord of the rings, and he managed to eat lots of sweet stuff next to me and i actually said to myself not to watch him or get tempted and when he offered me them i HAD to just say no. lucky for me though as he manages to finish them in a few seconds!! hahaBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Hi :wave
Ooh what day in May? I'm the 7th May - Early May Bank Holiday
Have you joined us on the May 2012 thread?
Exercise Boot Camp? Is it BMF or another one?0 -

I NEED to learn this skill! I am seriously addicted to crisps, sometimes I dream about them. I can just about restrain myself from buying any, but if H2B brings them home with him I stand no chance. :rotfl:Debt at 1/5/09 £21,996 _pale_
