It's Sunday so 5 sleeps. Eeek.

Can I still exercise with this? I'm a bit worried about infecting other gym users.

Probably best to avoid the gym then Code. Anyway, with 5 days til your wedding you should be resting as much as possible so that you are as fresh and relaxed as you can be come Sunday. Some enforced rest is probably a good thing. Any exercise you do now won't change your body for Sunday, but you can focus on treatments that will get your skin in tip-top condition. A long bath with some epsom salts (available from the chemist) will help banish bloating, and a quick blast of cold water from the shower will refresh and invigorate your skin. Focus on drinking lots of water, and enjoy some well-earned pampering. All the hard work is done now Code, rest up and let the antibiotics do their work :) x

    Hi folks,

I've not been on here for a while so I'll try to have a look through the last few days of posts and catch up on the chat! hope everyone is doing well - code: I hope you're looking after yourself and try to enjoy your last few days as a single girl!! ;)

I have been eating pretty much whatever I want this last week and haven't lost any weight.....but....I have still been doing Shred and have lost 3.5cms off my tummy and 1cm off each arm which is not too bad, I haven't lost anything off my thighs tho :( so I need to work a bit harder on them this week.

    Hugs to everyone! :)

Oh you poor thing Code!! I agree entirely with Eng!

    My food diary/plan for today:
(lol simple version - last nights detailed one took me bloody ages to do!)
    Breakfast - branflakes and weetabix.
Lunch - mince in a bolognese sauce with boiled veggies.
Tea - mince in a bolognese sauce with roast veggies.
Snacks - yoghurt, scotch pancake, and a hotel chocolat truffle

Got Yoga tonight - can't wait - am so going to fall asleep though :)
