So, food:
b- half a portion of porridge with skimmed milk and syrup (151 cals), 2 slices wholemeal toast with spread (200cals ) - 351 cals
l - wrap with ham, hummous and salad (200.5 cals) cherry and almond biscuit (150 cals) - 350.5 cals
s - 2 jaffa cakes - 84 cals
t - salmon with a chili sauce, broccoli, peas and 2 new pots (406 cals) small piece of HM apple crumble with smidge of icecream (250 cals) - 656 cals
Exercise - 202 calories burnt on the exercise bike
Grand total intake: 1239.5 cals.

Slowly fading the minimum calories anyone should eat is 1200... really HOW could that be any better?!
Well I fell asleep at Yoga - lol. My back is really feeling the stress of going back to work though.

I love how relaxing yoga is, I should really find a class to go to!

I would absolutely recommend a relaxation style yoga class for anyone with busy stressful jobs - actually scrap that I'd recommend it for everyone cause even when you think you're not stressed your body'd probably tell you differently!!0

I had started counting but left it as i thought i can try and carry on without counting all the time hehe.. but that is so good... :0)
the ghost musical was excellent girls... If you have the chance to see it, please do.. it was EXACTLY like the film! and the guys in there were hot!! yum! hehe..
i managed to have lots of pasta with a sausage and pesto sauce (that i had brought fromhome) so i was full up when i went to watch it.
I weighed myself last night before going to bed.. With 3 PT sessions (one every week so far), i have lost 1 pound.. haha..dont knw if that is good or bad, and i have been eating the same (minus sweet stuff). is that good girls? ok i will be very honest.. from 156 pounds three weeks ago, yesterday i was 154.6 (ish?)

Lol it's cause I'm back at work Rups
Breakfast - branflakes and weetabix.
Lunch - mince in a bolognese sauce with boiled veggies.
Tea - casserole beef cooked as a homemade vindaloo with roast veggies.
Snacks - yoghurt, scotch pancake, and a hotel chocolat truffle.
Exercise - 30 mins Davina's Top Fit DVD - this was easier today than last week0
