Hey ellay. Nerves were pretty bad but now I just feel like I can't be bothered with the whole thing. I will try to blog if I get a chance later. I felt the same about my weightloss when it got to the fitting.

Had a big family gathering thing yesterday and I ate so much bad stuff - pizza and nommy traybakes. Totally familied out now though.

Aww code - not sure which worse, nerves or the cba thing. Least I don't have the family stuff to worry about...I rang my mum on Saturday and she didn't even ask how anything was going :(
Rups - I think that's what I'm going to do re honeymoon. We're going to Malta for a week immediately after the wedding but our 'real' honeymoon will be next spring sometime so hopefully that'll keep me going.
I had a lovely meal last night but something disagreed with me (probably just eating a lot after trying to cut back so much!) and I have had a real dodgy tummy this morning. I did manage a bowl of cereal first thing before it all started happening but since then I've just had immodium and water - am feeling hungry but can't face any lunch. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing!

oh no ellay hope you are well. just try dried food (like toast if you can get hold of any?). trust me my family are doing my head in as well. i was supposed to ask my younger bro to give me away as older one is not speaking to me, but mum suggested i ask older one otherwise, he will fall out with the younger one! i have had enough of fam politics. i have a dad in Kenya (who had adopted me) and he is not even bothered about the wedding, and hasnt even told me if hes coming! i hate them at times!!
    aghhh.

yes we are doing the same. going to Italy after the wedding and then a 'proper' honeymoon next year! i am still determined to wear a bikini!!!! :p

Hi everyone, hope it's going ok. Hav had a good weekend/ day so far- as we have no food in the house! Today I have had 2 crumpets for brekkie, and 2 slices of toast for lunch. got no milk, so only having green tea too! I weighed myself at the weekend, disappointed to see u hadn't lost anything, but I measured myself and I have lost cms on most bits. Don't really know how that is tho, only wen to the gym 5 times in last 2 weeks!

:( If it's any consolation ladies the only time I successfully dieted was when I was turning 30. That has been the only 'big' occasion in my life to actually instill enough motivation in me to actually focus on my food and exercise!! I *tried* to slim back down to my target weight for when I went dress shopping - but I didn't succeed, couldn't be arsed - there was always tomorrow yada yada yada... when I went dress shopping I was 10lbs above my target (not much I know, but I only managed around 5lbs loss when I was trying lol).

Hahahaaa and I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets "totally familied out" - lol I love my family but there is only so much of them I can take!! :rotfl:

Right well I was a very good girl and I went for a run as soon as I got home. I did a 3.93Km in 23mins 58secs. It was much better (physically, the distance and time wasn't much better) - fitness is getting back up. Think next run I'll do the same and then next week I'll start to increase my distances. :)

    Today's food:
    Breakfast - branflakes and wheatbix.
Lunch - beef meatballs with tomato and basil sauce with boiled veggies.
Tea - chicken & prosciutto with roast veggies.
Snacks - yoghurt, scotch pancake, and a hotel chocolat truffle.

Ladies, are you joking? You're eating sod all judging by your posts and it certainly isn't worth beating yourselves up over a couple of jaffa cakes. Blimey, I eat like a pig in comparison (*opens crisps*) perhaps it's time for a food diary :s

I agree with you Eng - I eat around 1400-1600 calories a day (yum!) and lose weight (and I do not exercise excessively).

I think the only 'oops' part of your diary slowlyfading would be the enchilladas - but not because of the calories involved - but because I guess you probably used a DIY kit pack to make them which may have been higher in salt than if you'd made it all from scratch. Have you done your calories for your day slowlyfading?
