    Lol sorry!!
I'm sat waiting for Asda to come and deliver (any time between 10 and 6) then I will go for my run.

(Oh and other than my Yoga class which is 90 mins of relaxation, and the pilates class which is 60 mins, I only do 30 mins each night - not the hours some of you are doing at the gym lol).

Haha was that directed at me? I don't think I'd spend so much time in the gym and eating so little if it wasn't for the hyperprolactinaemia. If I could lose weight like a normal person I'd put in much less effort. As it is, it didn't make any difference anyway, but now I quite like it.

Hate those long delivery times. How come they can give you a 2 hour slot for your tinned tomatoes but not for anything else?

Lol no it wasn't aimed at anyone in particular :) I know that you have medical thingymajigs :) Lol I like the "normal person" reference - what's one of them then? If there was such a thing - and we were all it - none of us would be fat cause there would be one size fits all. We are all individuals with individual needs (like my love of steak lol) so it's important to get what works for you cracked and stick to it (it's this sticking to it I struggle with - I can go 17 or so weeks being brilliant then something will go wrong and I'll give up lol ooops).

Lol this is for a 'tin of tomatoes' :) They do 8hr delivery slots cheaper than their 2hr ones - and as I'm not going out today I can sit in (still in my PJs lol) until they come. :)

Lol I chose the 8hr slot cause it's cheaper :) Being MSE. :)
Asda do 2 hr delivers but on a Friday think it costs like £5.50. But the 8hr slot is a bargain £2.50.
I think Tescos should do longer slots too.

Mind you I think Tescos should sell whole mackerel not the nasty smoked stuff in vacuum sealed packs. Then I might go back to using them lol.

I must admit I do love Yoga - I often fall asleep during the 15 mins 'cool down' relaxation part. Lol :) It is the best thing I've ever done - for my own sanity and stress levels at work. It is just so peaceful. And I love doing Body Balance for the opposite reason - I can push my body's limits and then feel it's worked. Like today when I yawn and do a big over head arm stretch I can feel my abs worked yesterday. I do like the feeling of knowing my muscles have worked hard. It is most definitely addictive.

Well the sun has just started shining and feeling it on my leg as I sit here it's lovely and hot... so I will postpone my run until tonight - will go out around 8pmish (lol will see if MrD wants to join me - how much shall we bet the answer is no - mind you - you don't get good odds on certainties :rotfl: )

yes mrsd, you are right. when i did yoga and i lived at home, i was so calm esp when mum and my sis were in a mood (too many women in the house reason etc),and i used to rise above anything and wheni met OH and just did the usual gym stuff, i kind of got into the more sweaty exercise and stopped yoga but yoga has such a good effect on calmness, i really could do with that again and be calm and peaceful. maybe can fit it in on a monday. :)

And you said I do a lot of exercise too... I don't do half what you do!! Just make sure if you start adding even more to your already hectic exercise routines that you increase your food intake... even something like 90mins of yoga will burn calories. (In the type of Yoga I do you can burn around 175 calories per hour, in the faster flowing yoga you can burn around 445 calories per hour! Plus the calories your toned muscles carry on burning afterwards.)

    *edit*
I don't do any other exercise on a Yoga day.
