I know I'm too late but good luck Rups.

    Okay food for today:
    Breakfast - branflakes and wheatbix.
Lunch - bbq style chicken & bag of salad with a drizzle of no fat vinaigrette dressing.
Tea - chicken pan dry fried served with various roast veggies.
Snacks - yoghurt, scotch pancake, and a hotel chocolat truffle.

I have just done 30 mins of Davina - Top Fit chapter from her Fit DVD. It is basically lots of arm exercises (bicep curls, tricep dips, lateral arm raises etc), with a few cheeky squats and lunges thrown in (like combining an arm raise with a lunge), and followed by 32 ab crunches. I only use two 2Kg weights. I could probably do some bigger weights - but I'd rather work with littler weights and do more reps than a bigger weight and do less reps. :) I am a sweaty betty now and definitely in need of a shower!!

    Today's menu:
    Breakfast - branflakes and wheatbix.
Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, slice of bread, and some salad.
Tea - beef meatballs with a tomato and basil sauce served with various roast veggies.
Snacks - yoghurt and a hotel chocolat truffle.
Exercise - 30 mins of Davina's buff boxing.

I have just done 30 mins of Davina - Buff Boxing chapter from her Body Buff DVD. It is predominately a cardio routine with air punches etc but it has some squats, lunges and ab work thrown in for good measure. I did have to duck out of the jumping squat section (8 cycles of 8 reps, while either punching down or blocking high... I think I managed 4 out of them -the rest I kept my heart rate up by just jumping in and out - missing the squat bit out). So my aim for fitness/strength for this DVD is to be able to keep up with Davina lol. It's also really hard when kicking back to make sure you actually kick every single time and not just flail your leg backwards somewhere. Lol.
Right I'm in need of some lunch :D
Hope everyone else has had a good weekend. I'm back at school tomorrow so I'll post once I've done my exercise for each day as I have been doing this weekend.
Here's to 7 weeks time feeling 100% fitter ready for my diving trip!! :D

Afternoon ladies...wow I feel really inadequate reading what you lot have all been up to! Today I had to do some work that I just didn't manage to get done in the week, so spent about 5 hours at the laptop audio-recording training slides. Then dragged myself to the gym for a bit...don't do anywhere near as much as you lot but it's better than nothing.
OH has decided to take me out for a meal tonight so all I've had today has been a bowl of porridge and a bowl of cereal, and one mini swiss roll as I just needed something after the work stuff! Am determined to get back on course this week after losing no weight last week, though I have a meal out with work all paid for on Wednesday so I'm bound to over-indulge if they're picking up the bill lol. 2 weeks til dress fitting, 6 til wedding...this morning was really down as I had been so sure the wedding would really motivate me to lose weight and I just wonder what the hell will happen once it's over. I suppose there is the proper honeymoon next year but I just feel that if the lure of a wedding dress can't do it, then nothing can :(
How are the nerves holding up code?

My advice when it comes to eating out - don't save up calories from breakfast and lunch :) If I do that I go along starving hungry and gorge myself on everything. If I have my usual breakfast and lunch I go along not quite so hungry and am less tempted by all the lovely food on offer. I will still probably have a three course meal - but I won't snack on all the extras that come along like bread while you're waiting, and I won't order any side dishes. (and doing this I won't eat as many calories over the whole day as if I saved some from breakfast and lunch and then gorged) :) We're going out for a meal on Friday (to my fave restaurant) - I cannot wait lol so we'll see if I can follow my own advice ha! :)
