Well after losing 4lbs two weeks ago, lost nothing last weigh-in and been having sugar cravings all weekend (I blame Flo). Ended up being really bad last night, boiled up a can of condensed milk, crushed some chocolate oatcakes and made my version of caramel apple granny. It was so sickly sweet that luckily I didn't eat much, chucked the rest of the oaties in the bin but have still got major cravings, help! Didn't go to Body Pump yesterday either, feels like I'm going backwards.0

I've discovered a trigger. I shouldn't eat with H2B. He jut doesn't get hungry and I've been waiting for him to make dinner for hours now. I should have just eaten earlier, cause while waiting I've had crisps, some chocolate and a kitkat and I'm still ravenous. Obviously football is much more important than feeding anyone though - even though the actual game is done, he has to hear what the pundits have to say. He's so annoying.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. I'm going to have to make a plan - my wedding dress fitting is on June 29th, and I'd like to lose a stone/14lbs by then! :eek::eek:
So, I intend to:
- eat no chocolate, crisps, biscuits, cakes or sweets
- exercise for at least 30 mins, 3 times a week (if not more)
- (or try to) eat at least 3 portions of fruit/veg a day, if not 5
- eat breakfast every day
- not eat unless I'm hungry, even at meal times
- not eat out of boredom/stress/anger/feeling crap

Been good so far today but not sure whether to head to the gym or not. I've pulled my back a bit
scales were not pleasant today though so feel like I should. Arrrgghn. I've got 5 pairs of jeans in the wardrobe that I can't wear because they are too small. Stupid fatty me!!

Hope you all had a good weekend. I stayed away from here, as was eating badly and had lots of cakes cravings so i gave in. I am panicing big time as my aim was to lose a bit of weight for my fitting which is in July and not end up gaining weight!!! I am on at the moment, so have lots of water in me (I hope its that and not me being fat. :-( )

I did kung fu on Saturday with H2b and that just made me sit in painon the couch for the rest of the evening. been eating badly so today, am going to start fresh and have had my usual granola and yoghurt from marks and some berries.
will try and have water as i go along, but due to bad sleep yesterday, I feel grumpy and am having a coffee (without sugar. yuck). Got my salad for lunch with a yoghurt so i hope that i eat well. what a mission!!
was reading a leaflet abotu GI diets last night as my friend swears by that so will see what can eat from there to try avoid getting hungry all the time. better book my gym classes too. only two this week. :-(

Had a good day yesterday. Didn't even have any ice cream for pudding, even though I really, really wanted one and I went to the gym, although didn't do any weights or abs in case I hurt my back more.
I'm almost back to where I started a month ago weight wise. Some of that better be water weight! Is it even possible to gain 5lbs in a week? I know I was bad but not that bad. It's not like I ate 500 McDonald's on top of the other junk food and I worked out twice!!

Rups, I've got a bunch of books on gi and gl diets but the whole thing just gives me headaches. Besides, I refuse to believe that bread, the biblical staff of life and potatoes, the foods that kept my ancestors alive can be all that bad. Mind you, my friend's brother does a GI diet and has lost loads of weight, but he doesn't get to eat roast potatoes any more! Too much of a sacrifice for me. Pm me if you want one of the books.
