Brilliant news Parsnip!!!! You are well and truly forgiven for taking some time to yourself.

But Blimey!!!!! 5 weeks!!!!! That doesn't give us nearly enough time to [STRIKE]wet the babies head[/STRIKE] knit you a layette :D

BTW I loved being a new Mum again in my 40's - although they were already calling me an old mum when I had my first in my 30's:rotfl:

Anyways its appropriate that we celebrate the imminent arrival of a new "seedling" in this postive spring mood

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Dinner is absolutely lovely, even if I say so myself :)

I'm not doing the cleaning up either I refuse, I've cleaned the house from top to bottom today, the only thing I need to do is make Nathan's bed.

Erm???? Why????? Has he suddenly lost the use of his arms and legs??

Can you tell its my "pet hate" job and both the kids are already trained in bed-making duties .............. although granted DS2 does play tents inside his duvet cover rather than use it to cover his duvet

Evening all, sorry for being gone so long, big problems with our internet leaving us stranded for nearly three weeks!

Meanwhile, big changes afoot - will explain on the other side, but new start Sunday sounds pretty good to me

    Good afternoon

Hapy easter everyone, although it has not been a very happy one here, DH has bit everyones head off all day, refused to help clean, Changed password on the laptop so I couldn't get on there, then decided I can only use the guest status , So can someone please pm me a link to the other side cause it was stored on the laptop.

I have spent 6 hours getting th house sorted cause I had to do it on my own, So have just put the dinner on of chicken breast cocktail sausage and sage and onion stuffing, The mood is all because I went up the market on SAT :( I'm now very fed up of his attitude :(

Can only echo what everyone else has said. Why change the passwords on the laptop? I hope you can talk to someone in RL, perhaps consider some marital counselling? Hugs to you xxx Oh and get Nathan to make his own bed ;)
    Hi Memorygirl and all.

I used to spend a lot of time on your threads last year, but things have been so hectic I got left behind - blimey you lot can talk.:rotfl::p Anyway I noticed the new thread and thought I would throw myself back into the middle of it all. It was always so positive. I will be nice to hear whats been happening and how things have moved on.

I was one of the folks who got a copy of The Secret. I can be quite skeptical about that sort of thing but it seems to have worked for me, the positive thinking thing. Last year had been quite tough as I lost three babies but after reading I tried to be more hopeful and found out I was pregnant last august - I have five weeks to go before my little bundle arrives.:j:D:j Anyway I feel this is definitely the time to make as many changes as possible. I would really love to not go back to work next February and start working for myself again. I'm 40 now so this will probably be by only chance to be a mum and I want to spend as much quality time together as possible. I feel that being surrounded by the most positive bunch on MSE is going to help me push myself even more. So anyway I came back.

Blimey I'm waffling today.:o Sorry back to the rest of you.:T

    Parsnip x

Congratulations Parsnip. Sorry to hear about the loss of your 3 :A Positive vibes for the rest of your pregnancy and an easy and pain free labour ;) Good luck making your plans too :)

MG - love the video :)

Fantasia - Ooooh I do like a good folly :D

Went for a walk round Earlswood Lakes, lovely, saw heron's, saw swan on her nest, lots of people fishing :) had a quick bite to eat at Harvester and kids were really well behaved :T Lovely end to the day of pottering about.

    'ello :)

Has your flat gone through yet???
  • Holy cow...! This thread is already cracking ahead at a great rate! :D

Congrats Parsniphead. Wonderful news! :D:D One day, I hope to be in a similar position. :D:D:D

Claire - your OH is totally out of order. Let me have your address, and I shall come around and tell him so. :( Either that... or you need to speak to someone in RL and get some advice as to what to do going forwards.

Right... time to get cozy with a cp of hot chocolate and my crochet (its going really well!) for an evening of Lewis!! :D Take care all, and I shall try and log on tomorrow! :)

Eek, that's me, except we have tea and white chocolate cookies and I am cross stitching not crocheting.

It's the last one in this series :( Boo!
