.................. but not this time cos I'm NOT listenning!!! lalalalalalala

Besides this is not just me he would be disappointing - it would be DS1 - and that is a step over the line in my book.

    Righto!!!!!!!!!!!!! PANIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just realised it is the 2nd of May - and my Road Tax was due on the 30th. I mean I knew it was due, I have the MOT paperwork and everything here with the money, it's just that with my back I haven't actually been out to pick it up. In my defence I haven't driven the car either.

So tomorrow, by hook or by crook I need to get my bahookie to the Post Office and make myself legal again.

    Ooops!!!

MG, I know this is unfair and I know that I probably should not be doing it (I have feelings, truely) - is this the breakdown of the 'Getting things done' system? Did I say that it is too comlicated to work?

Just phoned our local traffic warden (yes we only have the one) - he is going to pop his head in tomorrow and if I'm not able to get out then he will take everything to the Post Office for me.

If you think thats odd - his Mum is one of my Old Dears that I do shopping for when the weathers bad, so he does owe me a favour. He says they don't even say anything until over 5 days have passed so I've not to panic about getting a ticket overnight - LOL

    Good Evening,

Had a very productive day here between Dh and myself, all the coving is up in the dining room, 1 coat of paint on it :)

The greenhouse has been sorted, another load of seeds planted, although something has eaten the onion bulbs :( so had to chuck those so need to buy more tomorrow and try again.

The decking has been washed and prepped ready to be painted and the garden table has 1 coat of paint on it so far too.

Cannot physically do no more now though as my back has flared up and my hip is killing :( but I'm very pleased of the progress made today.

Need to get masonry paint to freshen up the back of the house once the decking is painted, plus I want to put some flower in pots along the edge of the decking to brighten it up.

Once that lot is done its tidying the lawn up and putting grass seed down to re do it. May even dig some borders to put flowers in.

Need to phone vets in the morning too for Jack :(

I would like to nominate Firewalker for the quote of the week :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Shooting umbrellas as in spies (insert shruggy shoulder icon, I do miss him)

    Positive vibes for Jack, Claire.
