    Hi all room for another?

I haven't read all of the thread, sorry it is just too long, but I've got the rough idea.

I've already read the frog book, I still have it on loan from the library though so think I'll read through it again as I found it really helpful but know I haven't implemented it all.

    I have lots of aims:

    To get fitter
To think about returning to more permanent work (in about 2 years when DS3 goes to secondary)
To waste less time so I have more time to work on my family tree
To stop putting off the big jobs (like putting 10 plus years of photos in albums)
Meal plan more wisely to save money and add variety to our meals

Main thing for now though is to enjoy the summer holidays with the boys. I always end the holidays wishing I'd done more with them so this year I need to plan better, be more organised, waste less time

Yup, thanks for calling me the candle expert... :P Though I always seem to know the best deals on candles, sad eh?

I've been cleaning and decluttering in 15 minute bursts today :D Though I was outwitted by a cutlery tray which decided to confuse me when I went to put everything back....

Well known principle Willow - the Laws of Space, Time and quantum physics don't apply to cutlery trays. sewing kits and packing suitcases (there is always much more taken out than was ever in there in the first place)

Been in the park ALL day with the boys - out at 9.15 and just in now -but they are happy, happy, happy!!

Crickett - you know that feeling you have singing with the choir when it is all going right - when it all just flows and your heart starts to soar and all is well in your own little world. That's the feeling of being completely nurtured - that's the feeling you want to be able to capture and hold onto.......

...............that's the reason I have spent the whole day in the sun with the boys.

i got both my antibiotics and my sicknote... but I am so busy preparing for year end, I don't think I have time to be ill.

There is no one else that can do the work - so I am just going to have to top up with ibuprofen and suffer... woe is me!

Glad your appt. went well too - let's see where this adventure goes :)

Busy day - Bugsy Malone at school so am tired out again but easy night and apprentice later so can do a bit of necessary work while enjoying it.

Popped into shop on way home and was tempted to get lentils and bulgar wheat and make something very healthy but then remembered we really do need to empty the freezers of their lurking contents before we stock up! So that's the first few days of summer hols planned!

I think I'm a bit klepto when it comes to pens and pencils... If I see one hanging around I just have to have it! xD They've been lurking in an old wash bag and I've tipped them out to see if any need chucking. I still have nearly all my 100 ikea pencils!

Thanks for the welcome Crickett and Robsmum.

No worries about the pace of the thread, I've spent a lot of time on the Flylady thread over the years but feel now is the time for some different emphasis.

I've eaten a frog with the help of 2 of the boys and cleared the last pile of toys to sort in the living room. Need to clean a few now to put away or sell. Planning on doing a car boot sale at some time over the summer as we have so much sorted to go.
