All the best Marru... Positive vibes for 2pm. Headache might be tension?

Have a day off today and intend to be a wee bit slovenly today. What an admission. All I mean by this is sitting on the sofa, stitching all day... without going into the shower. I am dressed (kind of) but have no intention of leaving the house, so I thought, seeing as the washing machine was on and running, and I didn't fancy having either an exceptionally hot or exceptionally cold shower, I would just go downstairs, log on... do my bits on line and then stitch, stitch, stitch!

Take a bottle of water with you Marru - you don't want to be feeling ropey. If you need to stop for a glass of water and a painkiller - don't worry just do.

Remember - rise above him - you are the bigger person here. Your aim today is not to come away with everything you desire - but to come out with the BEST compromise between you, CAFCAS and idiot boy so that you can be seen as the reasonable one and he is left with enough rope to hang himself.

Wel wil be here for you when you finish.

ff to library to sign DS1 up to the summer reading challenge, then feed a friends pets (she is off for a naughty weekend with her hubby) and then the post-office to send off the mind-map. I'm hoping a good walk will ease off my back somewhat.

Court today at 2 pm. Having a headache so debating if I should take one of the new tablets I got. But I don't know if they knock me out and I need to drive and keep a clear head. Off to do breakfast so hopefully some food and more water will sort me out.

    Thinking of you. Take care.

Marru - Best wishes for this afternoon ... remember us lot mentally sorting him out for you!

As for headaches, can you try and breathe through your nose and not your mouth. Because of the stress and panic over the pain, you may be hyper-ventilating. Physiologically this is bad since it REDUCES your oxygen levels and it causes the pain to get worse. Up your carbon dioxide and the pain may reduce. Alternatively, whack a pain killer and some sleep in now before the show at 2pm.

oops - when I read "whack" I had another image entirely -although if he doesn't behave himself today I vote we spend some time tonight sending him loving thoughts so that he can find his dream life ...

Thought about sending him thoughts to make him irresistible to midge's, but that would just be so wrong :rotfl:

Would it? Really? Sometimes I think a seventh circle of hell ought to be reserved for some people ;)

Just quickly popping on to wish Marru all the best, good suggestion about breathing through your nose. Sending you lots of calming and positive vibes for today. Be thinking of you xxx
