((((crickett)))) Your doctor sounds a complete t0$$er, hope the tablets work well for you and really glad you and OH are communicating better these days. Like the sound of renaming the annoying person in the office, I've got an arrogant idiot recently joined my team, but luckily have the bestest boss in the whole wide world and I went to whinge to him about a few things and he's offered to sort out the "silly boy" and remind him that I am wonderful and Sb is new, ignorant and rude and to back off
Looks like Sb will disappear soon from my workload as it appears that my role is changing soon........can't wait to get rid of some of the Sb's and Sg's that bug the heck out of me!!
(((MG DS1))) it's already been said but you are a fine, outstanding young man and the closure of your old school was NOTHING to do with you, it was horrible for all concerned when your former Headteacher behaved in such a dreadful way, and caused the closure of the school, but you've been amazing and I really hope that you love your new school and settle in quickly.
Morning everyone, I have some big frogs to chomp today, working in a different office with people who will all moan at me for not breathing for them, or not knowing everything there is to know about everything (e.g. I'm a PA, do I look like I know how to get round the rules to get someone from a politically sensitive country who has not lived in the UK for very long a visa for another politically sensitive country in the next 5 days??? or can I get a full office admin set up which is generated centrally on a computer system for a new employee who hasn't even received yet alone signed an employment contract yet but wants to start tomorrow.???....*sigh*
And breathe........at least it's sunny, I know I'm loved and adored by people around me, and a massive kick up the bahookie purlease as I have my big medical appointment in 6 weeks or so and I MUST lose weight.0 -
Good Luck at your new school today MG DS1!! From another Matrix AuntieMortgage: 2011: 86000 - now: 499000

Morning Matrix. I was in bed for 9.30pm again... and then wiiiiiiide awake at 3.15. After lying in bed for nearly an hour listening to hubby contentedly snoring, I got up and started cataloguing my cross stitch and embroidery supplies. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that although I have duplicates, they are the ones I know about!
I also have more GUPppies (Great Unfinished Project) than I thought I did. So, I have a lot to do in the crafting side of things.
Perhaps after I have catalogued all the cross stitch and embroidery stuff, I should catalogue my wool and material stocks as well... though that might scare me too much!
So, I am now at work, and I know I am going to be half dead by the end of the day. I might see if I can get off at Lunchtime and then go home and sleep. I don't want to get into a pattern of waking up so stupidly early...! Although, it was interesting to note how light it was at 3.30am!I really don't want to see that time of the day again, if i can avoid it!!
I have lots of work to do today, so I might not be back, and tomorrow I am at the work away day thingy, so if I don't get back to you before Monday, that's why!

Crickett: Don't build the strange sleeping pattern into another stress! It's quite common when you are suffering from depression and first go on the medication. I suffered really badly when I first started with M.E and found all sorts of little tricks to help.
1) Accept at the moment nature is saying you need to sleep.
2) Have a week or so of early nights, include a lovely pampering routine.
3) Take your Ipod and headphone to bed and listen to soothing music when you wake.
4)If you don't go back to sleep within an hour - get up and do things like catalouging! (Brilliant)
5) If you have to get up at silly o"clock treat it positively and enjoy the peace, dawn breaking, go for a walk in the garden.
It does pass. (Hugs).Debt at start of DMP 1/6/09: £2942 - £1942

Yeah, I figured it was something to do with the medication... thanks for clarifying though!!I think I might make sure my Kindle is charged and in easy reach and sit and read in the early morning. Or maybe stitch... although my eyes don't work so well, I found!!
And Good Luck ClootiesMum!"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -
Hugs for ClootiesMum and for crickett ((((((( )))))) and for MG and DS1. When change gets wished upon us through no fault of our own it's a toughie. But MG you are SO good at taking life's lemons and squeezing them till the pips squeak, things will be different but you'll make the best of them - and there's always consideration of the World Tour to keep you going.
My mother's old expression was, "They must think I'm buttoned up the back" - must be the version which preceded zip technology...
I've been on annual leave this week and not been 100%, so the long lies and chances to veg out and cheer on a fellow Scot at Wimbledon have been very welcome!
On Friday I'm taking a friend to see the development I would love to move to, just a wee look round to see how things are progressing and to keep magnetising the idea. It's on its way:)
No viewers recently for here, but I'm convinced one of the earlier viewers will be in touch once they've sold. So it's all good!
Fantasia, how are your liberated lungs doing?!!

Do you have any "whale music"? Sometimes that helps you nod off - you don't want anything with too much tune (so no hymns, or you'll be singing along).
Anything's worth a try eh xx0 -
Thanks TMIF! I think somewhere I might have some meditation music... which while not whale song, was pretty close to it! Now... just have to find the blessed thing in the pit which is my bedroom!!"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440

If you can't find it, I have about 45 minutes worth which worked for me... I will happily email, or post it to you x0
