(((MG DS1))) it's already been said but you are a fine, outstanding young man and the closure of your old school was NOTHING to do with you, it was horrible for all concerned when your former Headteacher behaved in such a dreadful way, and caused the closure of the school, but you've been amazing and I really hope that you love your new school and settle in quickly.
    Put beautifully, kittikins

Good luck with your frogs today

I got up and started cataloguing my cross stitch and embroidery supplies. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that although I have duplicates, they are the ones I know about! :) I also have more GUPppies (Great Unfinished Project) than I thought I did. So, I have a lot to do in the crafting side of things. :) Perhaps after I have catalogued all the cross stitch and embroidery stuff, I should catalogue my wool and material stocks as well... though that might scare me too much! :D
Nooooooooooo:eek: don't do it! (I counted my craft books once - and promptly wiped the number from my memory:p
I love the idea of GUPpies.

    Fingers crossed CM

MG - love the idea of a film - sure I read somewhere how much money is paid to people for developing ideas which never get made.

I loved the precis of your past last night:rotfl:

Positive vibes you're not CM xxx

Crickett - Absolutely lovin' the idea of Guppies :T I have a cross stitch sampler that I started when I went on maternity leave before DS was born. He's 6 this year and it still remains unfinished :o

Not much to say, I have one follower on my very new blog which I am rather childishly excited about :o:o

FW - enjoy your camping. We bought a new tent in order to have some weekends away (although given the fact that we have a kids party every weekend between now and the end of July it won't be anytime soon). We discovered the other day the burning smell that emanated from our garage wasn't infact rust proof stuff burning on H's scooter exhaust but in fact our pristine and unused tent :eek: H didn't notice how close he'd parked his scooter in the garage and the heat from the exhaust has basically melted through the sewn in groundsheet and the flysheet. So some major repairs will be happening this weekend to repair this disaster so its probably a good job we have no free weekends in the pipeline <rollseyes>

anyway not much else to report, no major frogs to chomp, that will be the tent repair when I have all the stuff to start it ;)

Have a great day everyone :D

I am running low again and there is really no reason for it. Does anyone fancy joining me doing the online CBA? Link is HERE

I think left to my own devices I could quite easily not do it.

Happy birthday to Willow's OH, and hope DS1's first day of his new adventure goes OK too. I'm sure it will though - he strikes me as a young man well able to cope with such things! CM positive vibes for you - hope yo're OK.

Crickett If you find you keep wantging to go to bed early and then wake up early once you've got over the transition to the tablets you may have to choose whether to either accept that you're going to have your required number of hours sleep at a slightly unusual time, or whether to fight the tiredness until a slightly more "regular" time so as to avoid the early waking. One thing you did say earlier on though was about your bedroom - why not set aside a bit of time over the next few days to sort it out and make it more of a restful haven more conducive to getting a good nights sleep?

I am doing my third day this week for my regular clients today- and the pile of files lobbed my way to deal with doesn't seem to be getting any smaller! On the plus side I have realised that I am now confident to rattle through stamp duty forms and property registrations, and I did chomp a frog this morning in that I devoted a good hour to cracking on with some of the huge mountain of dead filing. Still several more mountains to go, but it was a start.

Food-wise last night was a struggle - we had salmon and salad and couscous for tea, which was lovely, and followed up with some melon & pineapple, but then I felt like I needed something savoury. Of course once I'd thought about it I couldn't distract myself from the thought - knew I wasn't hungry, so didn't "need" the bag of crisps I was obsessing about - I just "wanted" it. In the end managed to distract myself with doing some strengthening & cardio exercises plus a couple of bouts on the stepper - by the time I was done I was ready to collapse in a heap and I think I would have been sick if I'd eaten anything! :rotfl: Lunch today was ham sandwich, some melon, an apple & a clementine - would have been a nectarine as well but it wasn't ripe. With being here three days this week the walking has gone by the board a bit but I have parked the car an extra block away today so that will be a bit extra - then I have Avon books to go out hunting for later on.
