Happy Birthday to Dr Daffs, and Kittikins!
Yes, I have managed to do 15 minutes of crocheting every day since Sunday!I even managed to do 15 minutes this morning while on the tram coming to work. Lots of people were staring at me as if I was slightly odd, but several other people started chatting to me about it!
The patchwork baby blanket is coming along great at the moment. I have done the 5 initial patches in the 5 colours, and I am starting to complete the 4 patches of each colour (if that makes sense! There are 5 different colours and there will be 4 patches of each colour...!). Hubby and I are going to the theatre this evening (to see Avenue Q - a musical with muppet like puppets and its a bit rude! Can't wait!
) so i have about 2.5 to 3 hours to fill in town. I am not going to go shopping (too little money!) so instead, I am going to hole up in a coffee shop somewhere, with a large cup of tea and crochet until he turns up. If he still isn't there when I have finished using the wool I have with me, then I have my kindle with me and lots of books on it to read. Including "Eat that frog".
So, onto my work froggies.Lots of them today. I might not have a chance to check in today, as I really, really want to get things done before the next long weekend, so I hope everyone enjoys their holiday weekend. See you on the other side of it!
