I've decided to bite the bullet and try to see a Chiropractor as I have realised that I have been in pain about a month now - surely I should be feeling better by now.

Please see a Chiropractor - it will help and a good one will give you exercises as well - to strengthen core stability which with us women tends to go.

I am still here - the Universe is sending mighty powerful messages against travel. Had tummy upset this morning and can't travel; flight are disrupted as well but they do not cancel they delay (to avoid paying compensation, may be).

    Back to...bed reading I think.

Am also feeling a bit yurggh today - and dh and ds also CBA this morning so we have mainly lolled around the house and pretended to do housework.

Need some more of that motivating sunshiney stuff to get us going again - also need the flippin builders to get back to us with quotes for the roof and the wall - so far had 8 builders round and 1 quote despite dh phoning them all repeatedly!

Righto - seeing Chiropractor on Saturday -at 11am - so Clootie make your trip sooner or later please so we have time for a gossip.:D

Fed up not being able to move well - although it gives you a great excuse not to do the floors :rotfl:

Time to make a spot of lunch before "Kidnapped" - then start to charge through me list.

DS1 still feeling - bleurgh!!! He is looking pretty "peerie wallie" (white for those who don't do Scot's :D) so there seems to be something going around today.

    Picnic lunch coming up

Positive vibes and hugs to all those who CBA or are poorly.

Decorating coming on a treat here at Thrifty Towers - skirting boards and door frames all glossed :D. One door, windowsill and some boxed in bits left to do after some lunch.

News here today is that I have been "emotionally bombed". For those that haven't spent as much time reading about dysfunctional families as I have :D, this is when someone intentionally dumps a load of emotional garbage (usually not true) on you, with the intention of guilt-tripping you into behaving as they want ie they are trying to control you. Well, today I have dropped the bomb, walked away and got on with my painting :T. Getting very bored with the emotional rollercoaster that my extended family love to live on, so this time I'm passing, this is one fairground ride I am not getting on - so very, very, very proud of myself :T. I am so loving my journey of personal growth and development, thanks Matrix peeps.

Now to sort some lunch, take care all.

I'm off to the dentist with DS2 now, and if my tooth does not stop aching soon, I will be following him sometime this week.

I think I've hit the point where I can't get it all done before tonight. I'll just do my best and grovel a bit. A big bit.

Okay.... totally lost the will to live with this costing I am supposed to be doing. Currently compiling a hit list of people who are going to be first up against the wall come the revolution. And still feeling utterly crap. :( And I have to crawl into work tomorrow because I have a very nasty set of meetings, and I can't miss them. :(

Ewwwwwwwwwwww costings! My previous job in this uni was costing all the research projects. And they were pretty easy compared to courses and other nastier ones. Deepest sympathies Mrs. Eww!

Can you go home if you're poorly? Surely it can wait? x

Gosh, we're a sorry bunch this afternoon! Is it the air pressure or something?? Can we have a collective round of singing or something to cheer us up?? I'll start...

(i'm just making that up, by the way, feel free to add to it...)
