I'm quite pleased that I got through a stonking amount of work yesterday, but there's still a lot to do today, and I'm only starting now: I've wasted just over half an hour, but I couldn't have started too much earlier as my eyes weren't working properly cos I went to bed late last night.

    More frog chompin' ahoy!

Will let you know how it goes: deadline 17.30 today. *Wibbles*

And I still haven't started the really scary bit!

I've been thinking about this being fit and slim business and, like most things, there's a lot of headology involved. This research [/URL] suggests that we're just not noticing how much we are eating.

    Have a good day.

Headology. What a good word for it. I have called it head stuff as well. And I think, if you don't get the head stuff right, then you will never get the being fit and slim stuff right. :D

Thanks for your nice thoughts. Still feeling pants though! :(

Hi all.. Crickett I hope you feel better soon, look after yourself.

Really admire all of you on the healthy eating push.. I don't think I eat badly but I do eat too much, and while I don't eat much junk food I do probably have too much full-fat stuff. I certainly weigh more than I'd like to but I have really struggled with diets - currently trying to tackle it through exercise whilst upping my fruit and veg intake a bit in the hope that makes me a bit less hungry for cheese etc! (although if I'm going to tackle it with exercise I need to not repeat last night too often.. I fell off my bike :o)

Anyway, looking forward to 5pm today as I'm then off till Tuesday - off to London to the theatre and a good wander round Covent Garden, lots of galleries and parks :)

Had some good money news last night in that my second job have asked me to do some more absence cover for one of the people who runs the scheme - stand to earn about £800 from this stint (fingers crossed, it may become something longer term). And put a load of stuff on eBay at the weekend which is currently making about £60 :T Thank you Universe.. keep it coming ;)

    Have a good day everyone.

Crickett - try to force down some fruit and veg. Carbs make you lethargic

Just had a blueberry yogurt with seeds in it, and am quaffing a pint of water vaguely coloured with some lemon squash. I can't drink plain water from the water taps at work... it tastes funny!

Chomped one frog, and am busy heading for the next one. :) getting there slowly today.

Oooh!!! Forgot to say Claire - parcel is on its way.

Just filling up the baby buggy with Charity Shop stuff to drop off on my way around.

:mad: Grrr going to have to re-seed my beetroot block - looks like a cat has landed in it and trashed the seedlings:mad::mad:

I've decided to bite the bullet and try to see a Chiropractor as I have realised that I have been in pain about a month now - surely I should be feeling better by now.

BTW 8 weeks to see an NHS physio - I know, I asked.

    Off on my circuit.
