Can you help? Iv recieved 4 parking tickets from.CP plus, iv never parked in the place they are saying and have witnsses to prove this. Iv tryed to fight these tickts but they have said they will take me to court and they have never lost a case. Im now recieving letters from parking collection services. What do i do???0

Firstly, don't panic. CP Plus claiming they've never lost a case in court is true but only because they have never started a case that they could have lost.hello_help wrote: »Can you help? Would I be correct in assuming that the tickets have been issued using Automatic Number Plate recognition cameras?
Try to give us a little more detail - without identifying the location - so we can understand your situation. There is plenty of advice we can offer but we need to know how things have developed in order to be able to guide you.
