As the OP has found out, the Loan Centre, basically is a broker and they take your money and simply pass your details to over brokers and payday loan companies, to spam you with texts, emails all just to get a chuck of the OP's money.
The OP should be careful because they charge a monthly membership fee as well, so futher payments could be forthcoming.
"If you have not cancelled/terminated your membership with us, you will be automatically charged by a direct charge to the debit/credit card authorised by the member with an ongoing membership fee of £8.99 which is payable monthly until such time as you decide to cancel your membership."
It also seems that from the 4th April, that the £75 doesn't exist, but they take £5 from you as a broker fee, but then continue to charge £8.99 a month
If the OP hasn't already done it, they should write, not email, but write a letter and send by recorded post that they wish to cancel. The OP should be entitled to a full refund minus a £5 admin fee that brokers are allowed to keep.0 -

OH Dear, and them big boys at the ASA said they would come down hard on the internet and misleading things would be vanquished overnight, leaving not phishing email site nor any other con for the unnervy.

Guess what, there are currently no non complying digital adverts. Ah, we is safe then

Waste of the Queens Signature that then.
I gather my friends in Nigeria, once the rioting has settled down after the voting in the banana republic has been costed, will soon be averse to these evils ones at the ASA and they complete incompetance at stamping out these sites.0 -

Yes - I see what you mean now - no obvious mention of charges/fees
And yes - it does say "The Loan Centre" at the top.“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
A thread that contains a lot of information, read it all, if you really want a refund. Ringing and emailing does nothing, you need to write.

Gareth, Apr-21 11:07 (BST):
Miss Rees
Your cheque will be sent out before last post today
Kind regards
Gareth
I will keep you all updated if the cheque ever arrives!!!
