Tell them you've lost the card and they'll probably send you a Visa Debit card also.0 -

Anyone know
a) If a payment into a my paypal account counts?
I was told if it comes up DEB on the statement, it counts. But never done it before, so can't check. Anybody else able to check on their previous transactions to see if works?
b) Am I charges any commision/charge to pay money into and then withdraw it from a paypal account? Any minimum contributions?0 -

However, LTSB told me last December that payments such as these would count as qualifying debit card transactions. See my post #70 in this thread, and a discussion on the stoozing website.0 -
They say in Important Information about Lloyds TSB Save the Change Scheme
4. We will apply the Save The Change to all Visa Debit transactions both in the UK and abroad We will not apply Save The Change transfers to over-the-counter cash advances, ATM withdrawals, or fees charged for non Lloyds TSB ATM transactions.0
