hi cococoladebt! very spooky as was just looking at your diary (dont often post but i am a serial lurker!) you have done very well with your debt, esp as you are inc your student loan (i am ignoring that:whistle:)

hmm lamb hotpot was ok but not decided not a fan of lamb (unless its a roast). thought it tasted a bit weird and when mentioned it to my friemd she said her husband thinks it tastes of dirt. think i have to agree there! but the veg, potatoes and juice part was nice so think i will make again but with beef (at least its cheaper).

second spooky thing is that 30 mins after writing my post last night the ms job i wanted became available! off to do it today and get the stuff from the range. i will need to advance myself next weeks weekly spends which is ok (as long as i dont spend it all!)

i am liking the asda price guarantee thing. i have done it about 3 times and twice it was cheaper than tesco but only by a few pence. today i did it and it was more expensive. got a voucher for £1.01.

the main reason i like it is that it means i can shop at tesco instead and prob not pay any more (or maybe on a few pence more). i hate asda as it is totally full of chavs, the aisles are too narrow, there are not enough tills and every group has trolley, pushchair and about 4 under 5's running riot so it is impossible to get around (might just be my local). my stress levels go through the roof. tesco is a bit better but not much. at least can get clubcard points and vouchers for money off when you spend certain amount.

although the thing i love about asda is that they have 1/2 aisle full of prepared frozen veg. not sure if they think their customers are lazy but its really good (and cheap)!

think will give tesco a try instead next month. wont know if its more as buy different things each month on the big shop. then again the price guarantee does match most products eg all my smart price items were not matched against the yellow morrisons stuff, just said n/a so it might not even be cheaper anyway.

so got 5 MS booked for sat as well as my audit! eek! lots of work, will bring work laptop home weekend and hopefully spend sun finishing revision notes. being very teenager like and hoping it is hot week before exam when off work so can revise in garden (earplugs in!) and get tan! decided to not book any more jobs til end of may. will be busy revising then can have few days off. plus got two evenings overtime.
got my regular MS booked in so they will do.

just popped to tesco at 8 as it was near where i had a MS and hoped for v cheap meat. only had crappy reductions- not even 1/2 price! was not impressed. god knows when they do those reductions, one post said 8pm on the grocery hunt thread but maybe not all stores :(

will need to scrap plans for sunglasses as now out for lunch on monday with work colleagues. will prob not end up with anything left! need to borrow some cash from food budget to pay for badminton next week (not member so must pay in advance).

    NSD today!

off to bed now as v tired!

Only 13 days till those two debts cleared now :D

Unfortunately have just spent £3 on coffee and cake as had to drop something off work work and wait 3 hours before I can collect. So had a mooch around the local town and then found a picnic spot to each lunch and relax. Will need to burn off millionaire shortbread in gym later, wonder how many calories?!

Bit bored though now and too hot in jeans!

Got marathon ms day tomorrow then revision sun (yawn). Can't wait til am debt free then don't need to spend all my free time doing ms!

Oddly I know the answer to that clippy....the millionaires shortbread has around 426 calories in each slice!

I know the feeling about wanting the debt cleared so you can relax and enjoy spare time for what it's meant to be! But I suspect I'll end up keep booking work out of habit more than anything else.

Omg! Luckily mine was round so maybe call it 400 as it had no corners ;)

Yikes will not be doing that much at gym!

I will be retiring from ms in April as will hopefully be debt free and means no more tax returns! :) know what you mean about habit. Meant to be having a break ATM but can't stop checking alert thread!
