But that's all I had in my basket, a £10 gift voucher. However when I tried to register and put in the delivery details, at the bottom was 2 options for P&P, express and standard, both at a cost.

I didn't go any further than that to see if it came off.

Keep going to the next page and down the right it shows like an order summary and it should still show free p&p.
  • I had the same. Although the £4.95 delivery option is automatically selected, the charge wasn't listed on the invoice part - it still said £0.00. I went all the way through and the final total was just the £10 for the gift voucher.

My confirmation email indicates the delivery type as "2-4 working days: £4.95 - Provided by UPS", but it still shows a zero delivery charge further down the page in the order summary, so the total cost of the order was £10. HTH :)

I know I won't be popular for saying this but for those of you saying 'they have to stick to the T&Cs with any purchase', have you all completed the survey to get the code or just taken it off these boards? If the latter, then they may cancel your order as they will be able to match up the e-mail address that the survey was sent to (and completed by) with the e-mail address use to make the order.

You can take a chance but don't complain if your order does not get fulfilled.

I received the e-mail from Molton Brown to complete the Survey, presumably as I've bought from them before. And, yes, before you ask I did use a survey code last time :o If I remember correctly, last time an employee of Molton Brown posted to tell us off :)

I've completed the Survey, got the code and I'm trying to resist temptation at the moment (foolish to have completed the Survey then).

Did you receive your order last time?

I rang about my order, as I thought it may have been altered without them checking I still want it, I was ready to cancel if it had been (I used the code from the survey sent to my MIL which she isn't using ;)) lady on the phone was really nice, said that email confirmations don't show the free gift on them all the time and that all is ok with my order. At present I think we are ok :)

Yes, I did receive my order last time and I loved the Molton Brown shower gel. I'm toying with the idea of placing the order this time - it's great shower gel.

BTW - a couple of people have replicated their orders on here and you probably don't realise it but you've published the voucher code which is against the forum rules for the Grabbit board - could you go back and amend your posts please to remove it - see here for further details:

I have just placed two orders.

Both for £10 gift card and free shower gel + free mini sample. Both orders were accepted. I have received confirmation of payment for my first order, still waiting for confirmation on second order....

I placed 2 orders last night, one email came back immediately and included the shower gel. The second has just come through and doesn't include the shower gel :( That one was being sent as a gift too so really wanted the gel with it as just the voucher looks a bit rubbish (esp as you can't buy anything with £10 in MB) Does anyone know if it's possible to cancel??

Mine were the same so went back into account and checked order history and the free shower gel was there so printed that out in case there is a problem. Probably will be ok so don't cancel yet. Both mine are being processed it says.

I received my confirmation without the shower gel, and now the website won't acknowledge my existence :(

Edit ... ignore that, I was on the US site ...
