My order is still there, I'm sure it will be a case of all honoured or none honoured though. Can't see them having time to decide which orders should be processed and whichto be cancelled.

My order has disappeared as well. No money taken as yet (although still earmarked), no dispatch e-mail, order confirmation e-mail has no details on it at all and in my account order history states no orders.
I was so hoping to try this stuff as well!
Ps, I didn't actually fill in a survey!

MB honoured the orders last time, fingers crossed they do again.

I gave in and ordered last night (together with some Whittards tea

). However, £20 seems to have been earmarked from my account - I had a failed order earlier, same as reported earlier in the this thread but worked 2nd time.

Order is still showing in my account on MB.

Call them, see whats happened. If a company earmark something from your account, even if the order gets cancelled the earmark amount wont get put back in until the bank has waited long enough and feels satisfied that no money will be taken. This can take a long time. Call them and see if you need to reorder or not or you'll end up finding out when the offer has been pulled.
