I ordered today the giftcard and got the offer for the free bodywash. I did complete the survey as i have been a customer before, and i received the confirmation email about my order within a minute or two.
I received an email earlier reminding me that there is only 3 days left for this offer.

Does your order confirmation have the free body wash listed on it? Mine doesn't but in the account order history it is listed there.

I've just recieved my first order in a lovely gift box. It has 2 full sized bath gels, and a 30 ml sample bath gel in it. I'm very pleased for the £22.45 its cost delivered.

My second order is showing as processing. This is the gift card one, so fingers crossed.

I have just had an e-mail saying my order has been shipped - £10 gift card, body wash. The free sample that I chose is out of stock.

Just had a dispatch email ! I logged into my account and the order is still not showing but when I log in via the dispatch email it gives the correct details including the free shower gel so fingers crossed x

I placed two orders and i've only received one email saying that an order has been despatched. Thats for the first order i placed and received the confirmation for straight away. The second order I placed i received the confirmation for in the morning and the shower gel was missing from the confirmation.
I just logged onto my account and its saying both orders have been despatched and its given me both the tracking numbers and the shower gels appear on both orders in my account so fingers crossed for when I get them!

BTW, both orders were with the £10 gift card, free postage and from the same email address!

brilliant, just ordered mine and I did do the survey when it first came out! Was hoping for a free delivery/gift card glitch too!
