I too have had this, I have rang earlier this evening and was told by a nice young lady there, that not all emails have the promotional offer on them but that it was showing on my order, so it will be dispatched

I took her name just in case I have any problems?

This was my first glitch spot quite excited really, but will be pleased when it goes to dispatch and it arrives, with everything in of course

Same here, shower gel showing in my order history but my order confirmation doesnt show it:o hope it comes . My mum placed an order and her confirmation came through straight away with the shower gel on, my order confirmation didnt come through until today had no shower gel and looked different to my mums, very odd

Just logged into my account and my order has gone even though it was there this morning In my order history there is nothing at all there and I haven't had an email to say my order has been cancelled either!

Mine too. Mine had gone by lunchtime. Hopefully this means they were being prepared for despatch.

I have never ordered with Molton Brown before so I have no idea if orders 'disappear' before despatch, maybe someone who has ordered before can confirm?

Hi not sure if it disappears but I last ordered from them back in January,I have just looked back at my emails and my order was placed on the 29th and my dispatch emaill is dated the 31st.

So back then it took 2 days to dispatch, so I am hoping fingers crossed that I will get my dispatch email tomorrow.

My order status says: Order Processing at the moment.

Will update if I get a dispatch email.
