Yes I did, my order history shows it with a photo of the free gift. maybe its a blip with the email *fingers crossed*

I'm really confused, I ordered about 8ish this morning got my order confirmation about half hour after, on the confirmation it has the shower gel and the gift card, two minutes ago I received another email which had as the title 'new order confirmation email' which only has the gift card on there?

The 'new order confirmation email' doesn't have the shower gel but the email I received before the 'order confirmation email' does have it on there?!

Bit confused now?! Anyone else had this?

Not yet - it does sound as though they are trying to get away with not honouring the free gel with the gift card orders

Looking at the T&C's Savvybunny kindly posted it does say 'any online purchase' so doesn't state gift cards are excluded.

i did two orders on two different emails.

first email confirmed gift card, free shower gel and free delivery.

second email was just for gift card and free delivery. no shower gel. went into the order history and there is the gift card, free delivery and the shower gel!!

not sure whats going on!

I can't see how they can't honour it either. A purchase is a purchase after all. I made my 2nd order this morning, and got my emial confirmation immediately.

Ok,its odd, I ordered at around 9pm last night and got my email this morning. I just placed a 2nd order under dh's name email came straight away with the shower gel on it, but the email is different, his one has molton brown order details in massive letters and links to the website in, mine is just text. Really strange.

I just looked at my emails again the one thats not showing the gift I don't think is an automated response as I didn't get the account registration email either. Maybe its a manual email and is an error? Surely if they were to cancel our order history would have it removed too.

But that's all I had in my basket, a £10 gift voucher. However when I tried to register and put in the delivery details, at the bottom was 2 options for P&P, express and standard, both at a cost.

I didn't go any further than that to see if it came off.
