I think its when people order the £10 gift voucher. I ordered a foam bath, and paid p&p purely because I love their products, although a bit pricier than I normally like to pay. I love their gingerlily bath foam. It smells divine!

I may try again, with a £10 voucher!

Thanks OP been waiting for a glitch to occur since i was emailed the code! £10 giftcard, free bath/shower gel ordered and free delivery! I've just managed to do 2 orders so hopefully they'll honour the price!!

I've just had my email confirmation and they have removed the free shower gel from my order on the breakdown, has anyone else got theirs showing on email?

Its not a cancellation its a confirmation for my order... the shower gel isn't showing on the list though it still shows on my order history but I'm not holding much hope, it won't let me cancel online, I'm too scared to phone them lol

I've just placed another order, this time for a £10 gift card, and my confirmation mail is showing everything ok. I used a different email address.

When did you place your order Mookie?

I've just ordered the voucher and the free gel and have an email confirmation with the free gel showing - however that's not to say they are going to despatch the free gel.

I don't want the voucher unless I get the free gel sulks!

Oh no, mine was definately on there. I wander what happened? I reckon they've spotted all the orders, and fixed it. So sorry
